There are too many areas to go into in an effort to show the
problem we are running into in our society do to the growing lack of ethics and
morals so I picked one that all true Americans can get behind, protecting our
kids against pedophiles. First, what is the definition of a pedophile? As an
adjective it is an adult who is sexually attracted to young
children; as a noun it is an adult who is sexually active with young children. Children is anyone 17
years of age or younger. I am old school so if it was up to me, every pedophile
would have an automatic life sentence without a chance of parole. Every year fifty eight thousand US children are
ordered into the unprotected custody of their identified sexually abusive parent
or guardian; this doesn't count the ones who are sexually abused away from the
home. I have always been for the protection of our children but I cannot say
that is the same for many of our politicians, judges, schools, or even our
media.
Prop
35 in California passed by a landslide, it is an anti-human trafficking, proposition,
and makes it illegal for convicted sex offenders to have anonymous online
identity. The law forces sex offenders to notify law enforcement every time
they adopt a new online identity, which could allow websites to selectively
restrict their comments. Guess who is defending them, the liberal ACLU;
stating, “When the government starts gathering online profiles for one class of
people, we all need to worry about the precedent it sets.” This shouldn't come
as a surprise, the ACLU has not defended liberties or the protection of people
for a long time. The
ACLU will defended North American Man/Boy Love Association (NAMBA) whose
website incited Charles Jaynes, 25, to molestation and murder Jeffrey Curley,
10, on Oct. 1, 1997. NAMBA is all about raping and molesting kids but the ACLU
decided to defend them anyway; maybe they have members within NAMBA or just
leaving their options open. Either way, they should never receive tax payers
dollars.
You have politicians who try to do the right thing, take Democratic
Governor Jay Nixon of Missouri. He veto HB 301, going against his
own party. The bill that would have weakened sex offender laws.
Senator Don Benton and Representative Jan Angel from Washington state tried
to get harder punishments for child rapist after 13 year old Alycia Nipp, was
raped and murdered at the hands of a convicted Level III sex offender. They
were blocked by Senator Debbie
Regala, Democrat-Tacoma, upheld by fellow Democrats and Democratic
Lieutenant Governor Brad Owen.

1172, which would protect pedophiles. The Republicans attempted to add an
amendment specifying “pedophilia is not covered as an orientation” but the
amendment was defeated by Democrats. Representative
Alcee Hastings, D-Fla., stated that all alternative sexual lifestyles should be
protected under the law. California
is already know for protecting pedophile
teachers.

to accept fundraiser from self confessing child molester. She didn't care, she
just wanted the money as do most politicians from both parties.
The leader of the University of Texas-Pan American’s chapter
of the Young
Democrats Billy Wayne Johnson was arrested for indecency with an 8-year-old
child, according to Action 4 News. Why is he still the leader of
the Young Democrats?
I used mostly Democrats above because they seem to be
caught more often then the Republicans, by the voting records the Democrats block
more legislation that would protect our children then the Republicans as well.
When I was looking I found on the national Democratic site, this moderator who
doesn't check facts and was just spreading propaganda; this is what is wrong
today.
I found pedophilia being defended at
every turn by Democrats but not so much by Republicans and uncle Ted (Kennedy) left a pregnant girl in a car to die. When our politicians
from both parties and their minions promote false rhetoric, it means they are
either guilty of what they accuse the other party of or they cannot defend
their stance on the topics so they misdirect.
We have the same problem in our
schools at all levels. A professor
at DePaul University in Chicago, Elizabeth Kelly, defends the sexual
predators of children instead of the victims. In Rochester
New York, Twenty-two teachers at
an upstate Rochester New York public school wrote letters to a
judge supporting a colleague who sexually assaulted an 8-year-old boy. The Michigan
Education Association (MEA) Teacher Union is going to arbitration to try to
force the West Branch-Rose City
school district to pay a former teacher who was convicted of molesting a
student a $10,000 severance buyout. The whole school system has went from
protecting our kids to preaching agendas and protecting the pedophiles. No wonder
we have went from 14th
in the world in 2010 to 36th
in the world in 2013. We need to get back to teaching our kids, not
indoctrinating.
We know when it comes to protecting our kids, the judicial
system will always protect them, or will they. In Montana,
District Judge G. Todd Baugh sentenced a teacher who raped a child to a 30-Day
Sentence. In New York,
Prosecutors wanted 7 years for each of the 48 felony child rape counts admitted
to by Andrew Goodman. He plead guilty which should have added up to 336 years
but Justice
Martin Murphy sentenced him to just two years. You ask, can it get worse,
yes. Pennsylvania Pedophile
Judge Mark Ciavarella Jr. was convicted of trafficking 4,000 children for
inmates to have sex within the prison system. He was sentenced to 28 years but
what about the Warden and prison guards; they had to know.
The media is just as bad; instead of doing what the media
should do and finding out the facts, many times what they believe and report
comes down to their feelings and political position void of any and all facts. Barbra Walters defends
pedophile Woody Allen of being a child molester, no matter what the facts are
even when put in her face by her own View partners, her personal feelings for
her friend voids any facts or truth. The Denver
Post editorial page editor Curtis Hubbard defends child pedophiles in Colorado. Like or hate
Bill O’Reilly he is a strong advocate for protecting the kids and when these
two journalist met, Bill put Hubbard who claims life-time probation is strong
punishment in his place.
Our politicians, judges, schools, or even our media has
caused our society to stop protecting the kids and has promoted protecting the
offenders instead of the victims. Churches was once where any kid could go and
be protected, even though 85% of churches are still that way, a growing number
are not. We all know about the Prominent Priest
Benedict Groeschel defended child molesting priest, he did later apologize
but that is not good enough. The Blessed
Sacrament Church Catholic Church in St. Paul Minnesota blamed the mother
for not protecting her boys from child molesting priest, the congregation, as
they should have been, were outraged. Other religions flat out condone
pedophilia, the Islam prophet had a bride of 9 years old, in their religion
when you get married, you consummate the marriage that night.
But in our society, if something meets our agenda, we ignore
the effects it will have for our own physical and monetary greed. Amazon
was selling a self-published book defending pedophiles called a
Child-lover's Code of Conduct" by Philip R. Greaves II, they did finally
remove it but only after being threatened with a boycott. Other parties don't
care, Many in the liberal environmentalist movement adore their shooting
star Vera Scroggins. They ignore or condone her history of advocating incest
and pedophilia but will defend her to the death if anyone disparages her
with these facts; don't they have kids or are they in on it?
It is strange how agendas can change your view of guilt even
when we are talking about protecting our children. If I was an 18 year old male
and forced a 14 year old female to have sex with me, I would (rightly so) be
convicted of rape, branded a pedophile, and put in jail. When an 18 year old
forces a 14 year old to have sex its rape; unless the 18 year old is gay then
it is the persecution
of gays by the victim's family especially if it's a lesbian. I don't care
if you are male or female, I don't care your race, I don't care your political
party, and I don't care your sexual orientation; if I as a heterosexual male
would be convicted of rape, branded a pedophile, and put in jail, you as a
lesbian should be treated equal under the law for committing the same
violation.If not, this is known as special
rights which is against our Constitution; are we all not suppose to be treated
and penalized the same?
