Shadowy Government Slush Funds

I have often slammed Liberals as being bad for America and they are, but many think I am talking about Democrats; you have both Liberal Democrats, Independents, and Republicans. I know the best way to show how crooked Liberals politicians are is just follow the money and what is better than Government Slush Funds. I hate being robbed but that is exactly what our politicians do every time they pass or create Slush Funds or Earmarks; they are robbing the American taxpayers of their money. Slush Funds are tools used to rob the American taxpayer of their taxes for a Government Agency or politicians Political gain which is unpopular or illegal in nature. I may touch on the others but this is mainly about Slush Funds.

Everybody wonders, “Where is the money going?” The last president not to have an increase to the National Debt was President Eisenhower, every president after him, including Reagan and Clinton, added to the debt. When President G. W. Bush left office, the debt was $10 trillion, when President Obama left it was $19.9 trillion almost double of all previous presidents, but then again, President Obama is a Liberal. This $20 trillion has accumulated under all presidents for three reasons, Slush Funds, Earmarks, and lack of proper stewardship of the American People’s money. President Obama’s first act as president was to sign an $825 billion of Earmarks to produce “Shovel Ready Jobs” which produced ZERO “Shovel Ready Jobs.” If you go back and look at the money trail it was all a Ponzi scheme; give $500 million to a company and magically receive $50 million donation to the DNC from the same company right before it files for bankruptcy. Earmarks need to be made completely illegal, every Bill such as the Defence Authorization Bill needs to stand on their own, no more attaching pork to these bills. But this is about Slush funds and I think you will be shocked at what our elected officials have done.

If you want to see what a “Slush Fund” is, there was an article put out by Clint Reilly called “Anatomy of a Slush Fund.” If you want to see how your Congress person bypasses the law, just watch the NBC5 Special Report, “Yes, Your Congressman Has a Slush Fund.” It’s not just the individual Congressman who are using these accounts to bypass the law themselves, it is even Congress as a whole as pointed out by Steven Schwalm in the Heritage article,  “Congress’s Billion Dollar Slush Fund.” Billions of dollars which should go back to the American people by lowering taxes or other means is exploited by our elected official for personal gain. As you know, whenever massive amounts of money is involved, the law goes out the window, even at the Department of Justice (DOJ). 

The DOJ under President Obama pulled billions in funding from Youth Group and turned around giving it to Liberal organizations involved with grass-roots activism; take away from the kids and give to activist, Liberal Logic 101! They used this angle to bypass congress’s “Power of the Purse”, another violation of the US Constitution and the Law. Much of the money went to help Illegal Immigrants break the law. So the highest US Law Agency, the DOJ under Liberal Control uses its authority and funding to help Illegal Immigrants break US Laws. Do you need a better reason for Liberals being dangerous? Well maybe it’s just the DOJ.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has had a federal racketeering lawsuit filed against them by U.S. Tobacco manufacturing plant in Timberlake, N.C. for swindled them out of $24 million via shadowy cigarette sales conducted by the ATF to fill their Shadowy Slush Fund. If you think the ATF wouldn’t be in any Shadowy Operations like this, do you remember the “Fast and Furious” and “Ruby Ridge?” As I said before, I am 100% behind Law-Enforcement that is until they do these type of illegal operations. Michael Brown was a good shoot but Eric Garner was murder. None of these illegal operations would be able to be ran if they didn’t have these unaccountable slush funds with no oversite. Now ask yourself, can it get worse?

Not only is Congress, the DOJ, and ATF using these funds for illegal targeting of people and places, but we have uncovered that several agencies have been using them to target political people and groups with whom they disagree. The EPA have at the minimum $6.3 billion is slush funds hidden from congressional, media, and public scrutiny they are using to target political opponents. Judge Royce C. Lamberth had to order the EPA to halt all illegal acts of discrimination on political bases. The Liberal ran EPA was also busted for destroying documents which were subpoenaed by investigators. The enforcement of EPA violations fall on the FBI and US Marshall Service so why did the EPA created their own paramilitary force to do random reoccurring checks which escalates aggression and distrust of the government by the small business owners? The recipients of this new style of EPA checks all stated to the general thought that they have went from a cordial working environment to hostile intimidation environment. Do you think this liberal move was good?

The IRS may be the worst of all these runners of Slush Funds. The Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) who is the compliance enforcement for the IRS’ compliance enforcement can’t account for $67 million of your tax money for Obamacare alone; that is just shy of 14%. How would you fill if they lost 14% of your return? Would they come after you if you didn’t pay 14% of your taxes? The IRS under the Liberals were allowing payments to charitable groups for dismissal of active investigations against US citizens and US companies. This would sound good except you could only donate to designated Liberal activist groups, all other groups didn’t qualify. The targeting of Conservative groups by using these slush funds was deemed unconstitutional by the US Supreme Court and the IRS’s BOLO(Be on the Lookout) list for Tea Party organizations applying for tax exempt status was a violation of freed speech. The IRS still took 3 years to stop the BOLO targeting of Americans. After the IRS was disgraced by the targeting scandal, it paid $70 million in bonuses; wait, and it now has $67 million missing? I wonder where it went. Something is wrong when you are busted for violating the law, you lose $67 million, than you are allowed to give out $70 million in bonuses.

                                                

The facts are that Slush Funds, Earmarks, and lack of proper stewardship of the American People’s money is what is draining “We the People” dry. Slush Funds are nothing more than a way to bypass the law which hurt our country and our ability to have all Americans equal under the law. Diverting government funds to create Slush Funds to target people because their view are not the same as yours is not just illegal, it is immoral. This is why the Liberals want to hide them, they have no morals. With the light flipped on you can see the cockroaches scurry away.

Sanctuary Cities, Illegal Immigrants, and Crime

All I hear coming from uninformed people is rhetoric, from the Liberal side “They want to deport every immigrant in the US” which I have never heard from anyone, not even Donald Trump state; from the Right side, “They want to put all us in danger with these violent criminal Illegal Aliens. As usual the press don’t report the complete truth so let’s take a step back and take a look.

First, all we hear from the dishonest media and politicians is rhetoric from both sides of the battel, but what is the truth? The Liberals say that the administration wants to deport every Illegal Immigrant in the country, the Right says they want to deport the criminal Illegal Immigrant element in the country. It is said there are 12-30 million Illegal Immigrants in the country, we will say that 12 million are in the country which is close to Homeland Security numbers. The US has a population of 318.9 million so going with the 12 million as the number of Illegal Immigrants, they account for 3.76% of the US population. 

What percentage of these Illegal Immigrants commit other crimes not counting Illegally crossing the border, this will let you know the percentage of bad apples and the percentage of good people just trying to make a better life. One of the talking points of the Liberal left is that Immigrants, Legal and Illegal all pay taxes and should be given a free pass. If you pay taxes receive nothing back they may have a point but most all Immigrants file and receive back more in tax returns than they paid in. Many states enable Immigrants to commit felonies by giving them entitlements which violates Federal Law. Currently because of this, all immigrant-headed households, legal and illegal, receive 41 percent more entitlements then by American citizen household, a total cost of $103 billion. This is one of the reasons many Americans are upset with the immigrant community, many immigrants are not here working to make a better life for themselves and integrate into our society , but are here to take whatever they can get; the Muslim community is the worst. What could we do with that $103 billion, make sure no kid in America goes to bed hungry or help every wounded Vet gets the treatment they need?

Since most on the Right side brings up criminal activities by Illegal Immigrants, let’s see what the FBI says about this. According to the FBI statistics, of the 12 million Illegal Immigrants in the US, 12% has committed murder, 16% are involved in trafficking of drugs or humans, and 13.6% are involved in other crimes (robbery, extortion, assault, rape). So 41.6% of these Illegal Immigrants are pure criminals who are not the ones working in the fields, at the restaurants, cleaning the hotels, or any other helpful job, but they are exploiting them. So why would anyone be against deporting the 41.6% and working out a plan for the 58.4% who are trying to find a better life? The Liberals say, “You will break up families”; they are violent criminals. The Liberals say, “They had no choice coming here”; they are violent criminals. And my favorite Liberal saying, “It is their country too”; no it isn’t, they are not US citizens and they are violent criminals!

Could the true reason Liberals want Illegal Immigrants is to use them to Illegally Vote for a particular party or get them to do that party’s dirty work? Could it be because the more violence they cause, the more one group can blame the weapon (guns) instead of the person doing the crime. According to the FBI almost 40.2% of all federal crimes are committed near the Mexican Border. According to the FBI, Illegal Immigrants accounted for nearly 75% of all federal drug sentences. In 2015, the Obama administration ordered ICE to release 20,000 Criminal Illegal Immigrants who had committed 64,000 crimes that involve "12,307 drunken driving convictions (some with deaths), 1,728 cases of assault, 216 kidnappings and more than 200 homicide or manslaughter convictions. In total, the Obama administration released 86,000 Criminal Illegal Immigrants who have committed over 231,000 crimes, so I ask again, “Why wouldn’t you want this 41.6% deported?” This is why I say Liberals will never keep you safe, their record speaks for itself. 

What if you were the family of, or even the 6 year old girl who was taken by Edis Moya Alas, an Illegal Immigrant, in the middle of the night and raped? What if this was your daughter or granddaughter? What if you were the family of the little Philadelphia girl who was raped by Ramon Aguirre-Ochoa, previously deported, was currently arrested on a felony but released due to Political Correctness? What if you were the family of the 10 year old Texas girl, Kayla Gomez-Orozco who was snatched from church, then raped and murdered by Gustavo Zavala-Garcia, who also had been previously deported? What if you were Grant Ronnebeck family who was 21 and murdered by Illegal Immigrant Apolinar Altamirano, he worked in a store and was executed for a pack of cigarettes. What if you were Shayley Estes family, she was murdered by Igor Zubko because she wouldn’t go out with him. With the FBI statistics showing 41.6% of Illegal Immigrant are criminals, most being the MS13 gang type, why wouldn’t you want them deported?

There are thousands of these cases that has happened across America every day but could be prevented. We can fix the problem easily but Liberals, both Democratic and Republican don’t care about the American people or fixing the problems, they only care about getting (re)elected and their wallet. To fix the problem build a wall, both physical and electronic. Take a DNA sample along with a retina scan of every Illegal Immigrant in America than deport the 41.6% of bad actors. Take the 58.4% want to work here and set up a system to track and help them to include issuing Work Visas then set down the law to them. You must file like everyone else to be legal in the US. If you commit any crimes other than misdemeanors, you will be deported, this includes Illegally Voting and DUIs. This will solve the majority of the problems. Set up a system to strictly track Visas and violators, give them one chance to correct problems if they missed renewal but explain next time they will be deported and band for one year. With the 41.6% deported, the working Immigrants and the American people will be safer than ever before. So why is such an easy fix so hard to get our politicians to complete?

It Is All About the Liberal Culture and the US Constitution

How can a US Constitutional Right be set aside by Laws Passed by the US or State legislators or the US Supreme Court without amending the US Constitution? These are all entities who are supposed to support and defend the US Constitution but whose actions show a different agenda. At the same time you are thinking about what I just said, here are some more questions to ask yourself. When did it become the norm to disrespect your elders? When did it become the norm to disrespect your teachers in school? When did it become the norm not to work for what you receive? When did it become the norm to not accept responsibility for your actions? When did it become the norm for students and parents to lose their 4^th and 14^th US Constitutional Rights when your child goes to school? When did it become the norm to disrespect your police (yes they are yours)? When did it become the norm for politicians to treat Military members like dogs? When did it become the norm for our politicians to pass a bill into law without reading it? When did it become the norm not to protect our country and citizens from a domestic or international threat? When did the norm become to demonize any and all who disagree with you? If you look back, it was when Liberal Theology started taking over our Education Systems, our Regulatory Systems, and our Political Systems (both Democrat and Republican), at this point respect and the rule of law was considered obstacles instead of standards.

Many values in our country and especially in today's Inner City Culture is accepted as OK, yet 40 years ago they would have been considered disgraceful. This shift to Liberal Values which remove Respect and Personal Accountability is costing many kids, mainly Inner City kids their lives. In our inner cities many are taught from birth that it isn't their fault, it is always someone else's. It doesn't matter if you get caught with drugs, raping someone, or even murdering someone, it's not your fault. It is because of because of the environment in which you were raised that these things happen. Under Liberal School Indoctrination, many students who have not been allowed to fail or be punished for their mistakes (which is a part of learning) believe they are entitled to no blame. Many from the Inner City believe they shouldn't have to work and the "Government" owes them everything; this is a major problem. Let me show you some examples.

Take Trevon Johnson, a 17 year old burglar, drug user, and assaulter from St. Louis, MO who was shot and killed by a home owner. It's always sad when a young person dies but what his family says shows the change in culture brought on by Liberal Theology. A family member stated, “You have to look at it from every child’s point of view that was raised in the hood.” “You have to understand, how he going to get his money to have clothes to go to school? You have to look at it from his point-of-view.” No, you don't! How he going to get his money to have clothes to go to school, there is these things out there called JOBS where you work for what you get! His death is his fault and the fault of the ones who raised him to believe this is acceptable. Our Liberal news always tries to stir the pot to get rating using false narratives to push their agenda. He shouldn't have been stealing and he would still be alive.

I read an article in the Rolling Stone about a tragedy, a 13 year old boy Martinez Smith-Payne, who was shot to death in St. Louis. The title of the story is "When the NRA Calls the Shots: Inside the 'Reasonable Killing' of a 13-Year-Old Boy." It makes it sound like the NRA condones the killing of 13-Year-Old Boy but if your research on the case, you can see the Culture that Liberal Theology has created just cost this child his life. First you will find out that this kid, along with two others, jumped a fence to steal what was in a man's car late at night. Opposite of what the Rolling Stone's story wants you to believe, these kids weren't the victims but the perpetrators. If these kids would have been raised 40 years ago, they would have been taught better manners like not to stealing, they would have been in for sunset, and he wouldn't have been shot. If they would have been shot 40 years ago, the parents would have been asking why their son would do such a thing. The shooter protecting his property was a convicted felon who bought a gun off the street (which is the norm), not at a Gun Show or Gun Dealer (like Liberals want you to believe). This is a direct result of Liberal Theology which prevents our schools from disciplining students and teaching them morals which for many may be the only place they would learn these lessons. This is a common scene in the inner cities.

Cops at one time many years ago shot to wound people because they really didn't want to kill anyone. Now they shoot to kill every time because of Activist Liberal Justices allowing cops to be sued for everything possible including maiming. Don't get me wrong, if you have a case like Rodney King or Robert Davis, the cops should be sued but today the police are sued for stupid reasons such as Cuffs were too tight. New Jersey resident, Eugenia Landa sued the cops for hand cuffs too tight which caused damage to her hand. If you look at the picture, it is easy to tell her hands were damage for her trying to escape the cuffs, not because they were too tight. Of course if you want to see the worst of it, go to California. A woman, Catherine Beaulieu is suing a cop in Fremont, Ca. Mrs. Beaulieu, and another woman were being held at knife point by Mrs. Beaulieu husband, when he moved toward his wife threatening her the officer shot him. So if the police shoot a drunk man threatening your life you sue; if they don't shoot and you are injured by the man you sue; it is a lose-lose for the police. Liberal Theology, turn the perpetrator into the victim and the police into the perpetrator.

The Liberal idiocy is not only with the police but also with the teachers. You have a teacher at Lecanto High, FL suspended for not breaking up a fight and Phillip Eisenstein, a New Jersey teacher fired for breaking up a fight. The Liberal Department of Education has made it so the teachers are also in a lose-lose situation. Because of the Liberal Ideology, we have no discipline or respect in schools anymore. In Philadelphia's Bartram High School had Pewu Johnson, a substitute English teacher who reportedly reprimanded the teenager after he saw a girl sitting on his lap in an 'inappropriate' manner, knocked out by that student. In Upper Darby High School in Philadelphia, PA, student Jermaine Richardson knocks out a teacher. As usual, his father says about his son, "He isn't that type of person, you know what I mean. He's going to protect himself if he's being violated." I think the teacher was the one violated. One bright light was when a female teacher who was trying to stop a fight is punched in the face by a much bigger student, another student decks the assaulter. It is nice to see a student defend a teacher, but under Liberal guidelines, this student would probably be suspended for protecting the much smaller female teacher.

Then we have the Liberal idiocies by our political appointees like former AG Eric Holder who stated to State AGs that "You Don't Have To Enforce Laws You Don't Like." How much more Un-American can you get, we are a country founded on laws but the number one Law Enforcement Officer says don't enforce the law. This Ultra Liberal violated the law more then he enforced it and is now working for California to try and prevent enforcement of laws in California that he doesn't like. These same type of Liberal idiots who wants you to respect them disrespects every Law Enforcement officer, from every race, in every state by rehanging a "Cops as Pigs" picture. Rep. William Lacy Clay, Democrat from Missouri had a "Congressional Art Competition and Rep. Clay chose a picture called "Cops as Pigs" as his winner. This offended many from both sides of the isle and Rep. Duncan Hunter, Republican from California took down the degrading offensive picture. In true Un-American Liberal fashion, Rep. Clay rehung the picture, after all only things which offend Liberals should be removed. These are the same people who promote the killing of cops and even suggests they'd shoot a cop like Nebraska State Senator Ernie Chambers. Sen. Ernie Chambers even went as far as to compares police to ISIS. I wonder where all these kids who pull guns and knives on cops and die get their hatred from; maybe the hate filled Liberal politicians. These type of politicians need to be gone, go hang out with ISIS and I think you be crying for mommy.

One last question. If a change in our culture due to laws or lack of enforcement of laws have a negative and degrading effect on the US culture, should we stop this change in culture and reverse course? Yes, only an idiot or a group of them would keep the same course which is killing our kids; but that doesn't fit the Liberal agenda.
