This is What Liberal Judges Do!

Liberal Seattle District Judge James Robart is violating the 6^th Amendment of the US Constitution. People who are accused every day of crimes and misconduct but in America, the US Constitution gives us the right to face our accusers and be able to defend ourselves of the charges except in Judge Robart’s court.

US Constitution 6^th Amendment

“In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.”

Amherst College student "John Doe," who was expelled for breaking the sexual misconduct policies even though he may have been the victim. Is his defence he wanted to show the transcripts from his accuser, Sandra Jones’ cell phone which could prove his innocents but was blocked by Judge Robart with Judge Robart stating it, “would impose emotional and psychological trauma" on her. The text would show the truth but Liberal judges care more about feelings then the truth as shown by Judge Robart. In this case it shows a Liberal Judge refusing to follow the law just like the following.

Liberal Judge Randy Stoker gave confessed statutory rapist, 19 year old Cody Duane Scott Herrera, zero time for the rape of 14 year old girl. The standard 5 to 15 years in prison term was replaced by a one-year rider program and judge ordering Mr. Herrera not to sex till he gets married; like that will stand up in court.

Liberal District Judge G. Todd Baugh, gave a teacher rapist, Stacey Dean Rambold, only 30 days after raping a 14 year old, the rap-e victim, Cherice Moralez, than took her life. By state law the minimum sentence was 2 years; it should be 20 years.

Liberal Judge, Calvin Holden, sentenced Joseph Presley, an admitted child molesting of an eight-year-old boy on two separate occasions, to only 30 days in jail. Judge Calvin Holden also freed a convicted Cop Killer.

Liberal Judge, Aaron Persky, sentenced Brock Turner, who raped an unconscious women, who he volunteered to take her safely home, to 6 months in jail.

Liberal Judge, Thomas M. Durkin, scolded Dennis Hastert during sentencing stating he was a, ”Serial Child Molester” then gave him an 18 month sentence.

Liberal Judge M. Marc Kelly, ignored the law requiring minimum sentences for child rape and sentenced child rapist Kevin Jonas Rojano, who raped a 3 year old, to two fifths the mandatory sentence. Anyone who rapes a child should never be given any leniency.

Liberal Judge, Jan Jurden, sentenced Robert H. Richards IV, an heir to the Du Pont fortune and donor, who admitted he raped his 3-year old daughter, to ZERO days behind bars stating, “"the defendant will not fare well"; what about the two children he raped. Political strings were pulled in Liberal fashion with Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden (Joe Biden’s son), defending the sentencing because Robert H. Richards IV is a major Democrat donor.

Next is when you believe at least the State Supreme court can bring us justice, which is unless you are in Connecticut. The State Supreme Court had four out of 7 Liberal judges toss a rape conviction of Richard Fourtin Jr., who raped a disabled, mute 26 year old stating, “We, like the Appellate Court, ‘’are not persuaded that the state produced any credible evidence that the [victim] was either unconscious or so uncommunicative that she was physically incapable of manifesting to the defendant her lack of consent to sexual intercourse at the time of the alleged sexual assault.”

These are all justices that need to be removed because they have proven they are not for the people, have no honor, refuse to follow their oath to follow the law, and follow a political ideology instead of the US Constitution. You have politicians flooding the courts with these type of justices to get their agenda through and the US Supreme Court is not immune.

During confirmation hearing for Sonia Sotomayor, it was brought up her racist and sexist past against whites and men but the Liberals pushed her through anyway. Sonia Sotomayor quotes:

“I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life.”

“I willingly accept that we who judge must not deny the differences resulting from experience and heritage but attempt, as the Supreme Court suggests, continuously to judge when those opinions, sympathies and prejudices are appropriate.”

Following “opinions, sympathies and prejudices” are not appropriate, following the Law with blinders on like Lady Justice is wants appropriate. Shouldn’t all Americans be looked at and judged on the content of their character and actions, not on their gender, race, income, or ethnic pedigree? Justice Sotomayor belongs to and supports La Raza, a racist Latino movement. La Raza means “The Race.” Mario Obledo, co-founder of the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund (MALDEF) and the La Raza Lawyer of California bar association stated that, “ All non-Latinos need to go back to Europe.” Racism is racism no matter your race and La Raza is racist.

Recently we had US Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg show us once again why we need to prevent Liberals for becoming justices. It has been a rule that Supreme Court Justice will not endorse or oppose any presidential candidate and must remain neutral. In the 238 year history of our country, not once has a US Supreme Courte Justice spoke out about a presidential candidate until Justice Ginsburg did about Mr. Trump; but once again, the rules and laws don’t matter to a liberal. She should be removed from the court because you are to be impartial, follow the constitution, and recuse yourself if even a perception of a conflict of interest can occur. No matter which side of the fight you are on, both Justice Sotomayor and Ginsburg had been active advocates of “Gay Marriage”, even performing ceremonies but refuse to recuse themselves during voting, but they are Liberals, ethics doesn’t matter. We need to clean these type of activist justices out of the courts no matter if they are Democrat, Republican, or other. All of our laws are built on the US Constitution and that is what needs to be followed, otherwise you will just have anarchy.
