Under President Obama and the Democrats We Have Tyranny!

I have tried to be neutral but when I heard Harry Reid say “Why would we want to do that” talking about funding clinic to save kids with cancer made me look again; the reason is because it isn’t his child or grandchild. Why are the intelligent agencies, IRS, National Cemeteries, Death Benefit Payments to our fallen military families, private businesses being shut down in National Parks, and even families who live in National Parks being kicked out of their homes? Why Mr. President, but wait, the Denali Commission, other places who support you, and yes, even Michelle Obama's "Let's Move" campaign are left running; this is more important to you and the Democratic Party then saving a child with cancer?

You shut down the National Mall to the veterans and US citizens, but wait, you are allowing an Amnesty Rally on National Mall during the Government Shutdown; so the WWII veterans, Vietnam veterans, and other law abiding citizens of America do not matter to you Mr. President, but the illegal aliens who are breaking the law, AFL-CIO, SEIU, and any other Democrat special interest group do matter to you and the Democrats! You only want to make it hurt the people and not only the people who disagree with you; this is the truth. You and your party are currently living up to the icon of the most Anti-American party this country has ever seen. You say (paraphrased) “I’m more then happy to compromise but not negotiate until after you give me every thing I want”; lets turn that around Mr. President, give the House Speaker John Boehner everything he wants then you can negotiate; doesn’t sound right on the other foot either, now does it.

The truth is Mr. President that by the US Constitution, any time a change is made to a Law it must go back though both houses of Congress to be voted on; you have changed the Affordable Care Act over 20 times! By the US Constitution you are only allowed to sign the bill into law, send it back, or not sign it but you can not change the bill and especially not a law without going back through Congress but you know this. I know you feel the same about the US Constitution and US Laws as you do about the American people; you don’t give a damn about any of them! But you’re a lawyer and will enforce the law as you say here, but not occupy Wall Street, Immigration, and others laws in which you don’t agree.

You are a hypocrite and even a worse president then Richard Nixon who in my book was in 1^st place until you. If this isn’t enough of an eye opener to show all Americans you are the biggest, most powerful brat ever seen, who is currently throwing the most destructive temper tantrum ever seen, then our nation is lost and a nasty battle by the people will soon be here. You are purposefully hurting the people of our nation to whom you are sworn to protect because you are being stopped from taking out the credit card of China and putting a debt on our children and grand children which is UN-Patriotic (your words). President G. W. Bush added $4 trillion dollars to the deficit in 8 years and you called him UN-Patriotic but in 5 years you have added $8 trillion; you are worse then G. W. Bush or his father could ever be and I didn’t care for either one of them. I have been an independent for a long time but now I am considering becoming a Republican, not because I like them, but because you and the Democratic Party are not the American Party my dad talked about anymore; you are treating the American people like Joseph Stalin did the Russian people right before he massacred them; you and the Democratic Party are not the American Party anymore, but the party of Purposeful Pain to the American people.

There is no reason for this except the drunkenness of power; Thomas Jefferson could have been talking directly to you and the Democrats when he said, “Of liberty I would say that, in the whole plenitude of its extent, it is unobstructed action according to our will. But rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add “within the limits of the law,” because law is often but the tyrant’s will, and always so when it violates the right of an individual.” This rings very true today under your "leadership" to the majority of Americans as does another Thomas Jefferson quote, “When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty.” Currently under you we have tyranny!

Judges Gone Wild (Judge Bert I Ayabe)

We are going to start with Hawaii Circuit Judge Bert I Ayabe as our first “Judges Gone Wild”; please tell me if you agree. He is a self confessed Liberal Judge which must believes the constitution is outdated. He is the president of the Hawaii State Trial Judges Association. Judge Ayabe was one of six nominees for a Hawaii Supreme Court vacancy in 2010. He first came to light during the request for the original type written birth certificate for Mr. Obama, but not over the request for it which no presidential candidate is history has ever refuse to provide but because he refused to let it be released with any supporting document. Look Mr. Obama is our President but why would the judge refuse to release it I don’t know; it would have shut everyone up so there was either something to hide for his candidate or he believes he is the almighty powerful judge and doesn’t believe the law and constitution applies to him. This is just back ground so don’t read into it; he now has shown which it may be.

The US Supreme Court in 2011 ruled it was the right of the people to film government officials while on duty and is protected by the 1^st Amendment. The 9^th Federal Circus Court (yes I meant to say Circus, they have been overturned more then all the others combined) was overruled after the judgment by the Hawaii court said you couldn’t which means First Circuit Judge Bert I. Ayabe would know this but click on his name and see what happens next.

On September 10, 2013, Dr. Horowitz was filming Williams for a documentary and Judge Bert Ayabe told the police to shutdown all video taping which he was repeatedly told it was allowed by the US Supreme Courts ruling. There was no law or ordinance which allowed this but the police did what the judge said even knowing it was illegal. Mr. Anthony Williams was an attorney for a woman who was a victim of foreclosure fraud and organized crime and respectively informed the judge and sheriff that they were violating the US Supreme Courts decision and their Constitutional rights. The camera was still running when Williams asked “WHAT LAW” prohibits journalists from videotaping but the neither the judge nor sheriffs could not answer the question. The sheriffs ordered Dr. Horowitz leave the court but when she got up to leave the police attacked her, dragging her out of the court and after seeing how many witnesses there was to their assault they arrested her but couldn’t answer what the violation was; and turned around on September 13, 2013 they arrested Attorney Anthony Williams. Then the Court Clerk stated, “State Supreme Court Rule 5,” but everyone knew that was no law, it was an administrative rule which violates the US Supreme Courts ruling and is used as a way to control information, the media, and ultimately the people. In short these “rules” diminish freedom, and violate our Constitution, civil rights, civil liberties, and much more but this is the liberal way. One of the plaintiffs stated later it was because they did not want the corrupt proceedings videotaped as evidence. I didn’t see the connection at first but after digging found something even more disturbing about this judge.

Everyone with even the smallest brain knows courts and the States must bring their laws and rules in line with Federal laws and Supreme Court Rulings in order to be lawful and have officials not violate their oaths of office. Why would this judge go to such extremes to shutdown the court and any proceedings being video taped? I found this answer and this shows how much the courts and police are corrupt in Hawaii. Circuit Judge Bert I Ayabe owns owns a minimum of $25,000-$50,000 of stock in the Bank of Hawaii, the principal money maker in all these foreclosure actions; can you say “Conflict of Interest”.  If you research Hawaii law, Rule 2.11 (a)(3) of Hawaii Revised Code of Judicial Conduct mandates that a judge not have an “economic interest in a party to the proceedings and stock ownership in a part” which is an automatic disqualification in every jurisdiction in the US. Our slick judge here tried to use de minimis (the law cares not for small things) but this is not sufficient for a judge to remain on the case by saying the holdings are de minimis. If you research the US Supreme Court rulings you will find Case law “Thomson V. McGonagle, 33 Haw. 565, 566, (1935)”; this settled the de minimis ruling crooked judges where using to cheat people and settled it where no official, including judges, can be directly involved with cases in which they have any financial holdings. I think the Plaintiffs who stated it was because they did not want the corrupt proceedings videotaped as evidence were probably right because this ruling directs that Judge Bert I Ayabe is disqualified from this case.

This is once again what happens when you elect these leftist/liberals from both sides into office and they pick these judges. If you elect a candidate that loves big government, one thing you can see throughout history is the bigger the government, the lesser your rights. This judge, just like most of the 9^th Circus Court judges needs to be removed from his place because he is suppose to uphold the rule of law; not you his law position to circumvent it for his gain. Is it any wonder why people have been taking the law into their own hands lately; police and judges like this is exactly what our founding fathers fought against. This is the beginning stages of tyranny. Something to think about, this judge is the president of the Hawaii State Trial Judges Association; how is he influencing the other judges?

What is Happening with The Government Shutdown

I called it and it happened but anyone who has watched this administration knew the first line of action is always "Make it Hurt The People" just as was stated by our "Commander & Chief" during the Sequester. The National Park Service says, even though they had people to keep parks and monuments open, the Obama administration ordered closure of World War II Memorial and others; but he makes military golf course which he likes to stay open. This is President Obama throwing a temper tantrum again and his first course of action is to cause the people as much pain as possible but it better not hurt him; does this surprise you? It doesn't me because it just proves what I knew from day one; President Obama, as his actions show he doesn't care about the little guy and he is the worse president we have ever had, to achieve this status with Nixon and Carter out there really took a lot of work.

President Obama says he is willing to negotiate with the house but only after he gets everything he wants; that isn't negotiations. I keep hearing that Obamacare is the law and must be funded; didn't the Democrats defund the Border Fence which was a law and then said it was completed; it wasn't? One better then that is according to the US Constitution a law cannot be changed without going back through Congress and this "Law" has been changed more then 20 times; it isn't even the original law which was passed. In the case Clinton v. City of New York, the Supreme Court found the Line Item Veto Act unconstitutional because it violated the Presentment clause. First, the procedure delegated legislative powers to the President, thereby violating the non-delegation doctrine. Second, the procedure violated the terms of Section Seven, which state, "if he approve [the bill] he shall sign it, but if not he shall return it." Thus, the President may sign the bill, veto it, or do nothing, but he may not change any part of a bill. The current version of the Obamacare Law is required by the US Constitution to go back through the Congress as a Bill to approve the 20 plus changes that President Obama has made.

Many of our representatives in Both Houses of the US Congress, Democrats and Republicans and their staff, have removed themselves from Obamacare knowing it is not constitutional and that the law is not good but still want us to be forced to except it. I have heard President Obama say he is trying to keep the rhetoric down, then Senate Majority Harry Reid lectures senate on civility; all either of these two men has done is raise the rhetoric and be uncivil so aren't they being the poster boys for hypocrisy, YES! (example 1), (example 2), (example 3), and (example 4), I could go on forever. These two on their own have spread more rhetoric, false statements, and false accusations then the rest of congress put together (with the possible exception of John McCain & Nancy Pelosi). I don't like Senator John Boehner, I think he is a weak leader but he seems to be the only one of this three ring circus being halfway civil.

I think instead of asking, " What is Happening with The Government Shutdown" we should ask, " What has Happened to the Government?" Our Founding Fathers who created the greatest nation on earth would be flabbergasted at what we changed and let it become. We have went from altruism, the principle or practice of unselfish concern for or devotion to the welfare of others to egoism, the habit of valuing everything only in reference to one's personal interest; selfishness the view that morality ultimately rests on self-interest. Many people refuse to work and want everything given to them, the biggest complaint I have seen on line about Obamacare is "you mean I have to pay for it?" When ever you give up your freedoms you pay in more ways then money. Benjamin Franklin once said "Any people that would give up liberty for a little temporary safety deserves neither liberty nor safety." This is what we have been doing for the last fifty years or so; giving up our freedoms. There has been good accomplished as well but we are dooming ourselves to slavery if we keep on the same course. When Obamacare came up for a vote we heard the most famous and dumbest quote ever given by a politician, "We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it." This should be a sign we have politicians in office that shouldn't be. As another of our Founding Fathers points out, Patrick Henry, "The liberties of a people never were, nor ever will be, secure, when the transactions of their rulers may be concealed from them." This whole bill and its ramifications were concealed from the public and the opposition party to it until it was time to vote; this is political malpractice. Samuel Adams said "Neither the wisest constitution nor the wisest laws will secure the liberty and happiness of a people whose manners are universally corrupt." I believe our Founding Fathers were much smarter and cared more about our country and it's people then any of our current politicians and as I always say, "Don't believe what any politician says, watch their actions to find their true allegiance."

I think it is unpatriotic to not pay what you owe, if you charge it you need to pay for it. I agree with what President Obama says on the first part of this tape but the second part shows you his actions which in most cases could be applied to every member in congress; him along with most of our congress are hypocrites! Senator John McCain shows you the same thing, he along with most politicians says what ever they can to get elected and unfortunately most citizens take our politicians at their word, blasts the other side for pointing out their hypocrisy, and never checks the facts. If you as a politician from their side or a citizen don't go along with the parties talking points, they threaten you or use government agencies to go after you; just ask the Democratic Senator Max Baucus tells Sec. Kathleen Sebelius that Obamacare is heading for a "Huge Train Wreck" (April 17, 2013) and then is forced to backtrack by his party or he will loose all support; he was ostracized for telling the truth. "In politics, as in religion, it is equally absurd to aim at making proselytes by fire and sword. Heresies in either can rarely be cured by persecution." Alexander Hamilton. Almost all our elected officials think they are wiser then our founding fathers and in most cases they are very wrong. Thomas Paine had two saying which our politicians really need to take to heart, "He who dares not offend cannot be honest" and "Those who expect to reap the blessings of freedom, must, like men, undergo the fatigues of supporting it." Almost all of our politicians and few of the people receiving entitlements have never sacrificed anything in their life for this country; they only care about what they can get, it be personal or political. The biggest enabler of the deceitfulness and lies to our citizens is the media and their political agenda. 

As a much more obscured founding father George Clymer said, "A printer publishes a lie: for which he ought to stand in the pillory, for the people believe in and act upon it." What he is saying is when the media purposefully lies (which is most the time these days), they should be publically punished. In this video the media is caught staging and lying to "We The People." The media refuses to cover the true devastation Obamacare is causing, Walgreen figured out how to reduces cost for themselves but not their employee, ObamaCare Is Forcing Utah School Districts to reduce teachers hours (good job unions protecting your teachers), and President Obama says 30 hour work (1:07) week as full time (not if you have bills to pay.) "A fondness for power is implanted, in most men, and it is natural to abuse it, when acquired." I think Alexander Hamilton hit the nail on the head when thinking about our congress and oval office. He sent us a warning as well about foreign influence which were resoundingly present in the last two elections, "Foreign influence is truly the Grecian horse to a republic. We cannot be too careful to exclude its influence." A lot of money for the 2012 elections came from outside this country even though its illegal; our current politicians always fill they're above the law. I wish our politicians would abide by Samuel Adams' comments, "If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!" If the left we would be better off with the ones who really did care for this country.

Poverty in America

The truth is the US is the richest country in the world and in our nation, the poverty level is higher then it's been since the 1930s; but even with this our lower class has more then the middle or even upper class of most counties. We strive as Americans to make as many people in our country able to live above the US poverty level and help any legal immigrants do the same. One of the indicators to find out if your country is headed to prosperity is to watch the poverty level to see if it is raising or falling. Under President G. W. Bush it started to raise a little and in eight years averaged 12.2% poverty rate; under President Obama it has raised to more than 15.0% with an average of 14.3% over his past 5 years. I’m no rocket scientist but I can tell you this is not the direction we need to be going. In Presidents Obama’s first four year term, the US household income for the middle class has dropped $2,627 and the number in poverty rose by 6,667,000 people according to the Census Bureau. Currently there are 46,496,000 Americans living in poverty, the highest number ever which was a 15% increase over the average of President Bush’s eight years and it is still rising. This is just as much congresses fault as it is President Obama’s because they will not stop the out of control spending and out of control entitlements which are the cause of our rise in poverty. The minorities are even hit harder with a poverty rate around 27% for blacks and 26% for Latinos. The average wage of the middle class worker form 2008 to present has dropped 4.9% according to the numbers. The studies shown in the report are based solely on money income before taxes and do not include the value of non-cash benefits, such as those provided by the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, Medicare, Medicaid, public housing, or employer-provided fringe benefits, these are the raw numbers as matched in every year.

 

The five states with the highest raise of people living in poverty is Nevada at 39.1%, Delaware at 32.5%, Indiana at 30.3%, Georgia at 29%, and Idaho at 27.2%; some went Republican and others Democrat but when you look at the leadership makeup in these states, they are all liberal leaders or in the Republican area what the call RINOs which are liberal leaders. If you look at the big cities in any state, they will turn the nose of the state most of the time. If you take a look at Illinois, it is always ruled by what happens in Chicago; poverty is ran by crime rate, crime rate is enabled by bad leadership, bad leadership produces poverty and it is just a continuing circle until bad leadership is replaced at the top level or maybe many levels to get rid of the trash calling themselves leaders. What are the top five major cities with crime today? Number 1-Detroit, Number 2-St Louis, Number 3-Oakland, Number 4 –Memphis, and Number 5 –Birmingham, now what do all these cities have in common, we know bad leadership but what else?  

If you look you will see greed and corruptness causing their problems; all have consistently raised taxes, consistently put in more regulations which is stifling business, and all have seen their tax base, business base, and population leave. This is the cause of their problems but the liberal mind set politicians causing these problems are always voted back in to office. Take Detroit, the example hailed as the "US Liberal Model City" for all cities US cities to follow. Since 1962 it has had only Liberal Democratic Mayors with half of them going to jail and another criminal always being elected; how did this work out? If you read “LBJ’s 'Great Liberal Society', It’s a Failure - Detroit's Bankruptcy” you will see the failures of liberalism and the management of Detroit; the worse part is all the people suffering in Detroit. All these other cities with high crime rate, no money, and corruption are mirror images of Detroit and until they change their view and start being responsible, they will remain in poverty, watching their children being gunned gown in the streets, have corrupt officials, and will never be able to get ahead. This is the sad hard fact and when we have an administration destroying jobs, ask the coal, natural gas, oil, defense, and fishing industry, you will never bring a country out of poverty and will inadvertently make it worse. Ask yourself a question, which direction is the poverty rate currently headed; up or down? 

If you want yourself, your kids, and your grand kids to stay in poverty, never get educated, become drug attics, high underage pregnancy, and being murdered in the streets then keep taking all the free handouts you can, electing criminal liberals into office; refuse to be responsible with your personnel life, and you will succeed. If you want a better life, vote for the fiscally responsible candidate (I don't care the party), and work to pull yourself and your family out of poverty; the choice is yours to make, but don't blame anyone else for your situation if you are unwilling to work to get out of it. It's not easy; I know, I have been there and if I can make it out, you can too.

We Need a 28th Amendment

Most people do not know there was a purposed 28^th Amendment. Of course it never passed because it would put the US Congress on the same exact grounds as “We the People”. I think passing this would be very beneficial to our country and its people but we should add the “Congressional Reform Act of 2011” which likewise was purposed but didn’t pass. It would go something like this:

The 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution

1.      “Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States”.

2.      The 16th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed.

3.      Congress may collect no revenue by any means other than a flat individual income tax not to exceed 15% of individual’s earnings, a flat corporate tax not to exceed 10% of net revenues, and actual user fees for services. All citizens and businesses shall be taxed at the same rate, and no exceptions, exemptions or credits will be allowed.

Note: I would change it to remove all income and death taxes and replace it with a 5% federal sales tax which can never be raised.

4.      Any budget passed by the Congress must be funded by actual revenues collected through taxes as described above. Except in time of War as defined below, no deficit spending, borrowing on future funds, borrowing from other entities or other mechanism to meet budget requirements will be allowed.

5.      For purposes of this section, “War” shall be defined as hostilities declared by the President of the United States in his Constitutional role as Commander-in-Chief, and duly authorized by the Congress under the terms of the “War Powers Act” of 1973. Any funds borrowed shall be used exclusively for executing that War and shall be re-paid entirely no later than 15 years from the end of the War.

6.      All agencies, programs, entitlements and other devices that will be excised by budgetary requirements will be returned to the responsibility of the individual States. No federal regulations or legislation will dictate how the States fund or execute such devices.

7.      The Congress may not make State eligibility for redistribution of revenue contingent on compliance with regulations or legislation that has the effect of a nationally uniform standard.

8.      Those areas of federal responsibility prescribed by the original Constitution will have budgetary priority. No bill will be passed that funds any other concern without first meeting the budgetary requirements of these areas. No funding will be included in the budget for a concern that is the responsibility of and reserved to the States.

Article I, Section 8, Clause 3 of the United States Constitution is hereby amended to read as follows: “To regulate commerce with foreign nations and with the Indian tribes”

This would be a great start to get our nation and its government back to being what it should be. When you add the Congressional Reform Act of 2011 it would go further to say:

9.      TERM LIMITS- 12 years only, one of the possible options below.

A. Two Six-year Senate terms

B. Six Two-year House terms

C. One Six-year Senate term and three Two-Year House terms

10.  NO TENURE/NO PENSION- A Congressman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they are out of office.

11.  CONGRESS (past, present & future) PARTICIPATES in SOCIAL SECURITY- All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system and Congress participates with the American people.

Note: I would add a part here; “Everyone will have individual accounts for Social Security and receive what they pay in, the military retirees will no longer be penalized 40% of their Social Security check when they retire, and the Social Security payee’s account will be set in a Roth style retirement account and managed by IRA companies (this is so you get a good return instead of loosing money like you do currently).”

12.  CONGRESS CAN PURCHASE THEIR OWN RETIREMENT PLAN- Just like each and every other American.

13.  CONGRESS WILL NO LONGER VOTE THEMSELVES a PAY RAISE- Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 2.5%.

Note: I would change this one to say all federal employees will receive the same percentage pay raise including the military with one caveat, the military can receive higher percentage of pay raises depending but congress and all elected officials can only receive the minimum.

14.  CONGRESS LOSES THEIR CURRENT HEALTH CARE SYSTEM- Congress will participate in the same health care system as the American people.

15.  CONGRESS MUST EQUALLY ABIDE by ALL LAWS- No special exemptions or treatment.

16.  ALL CONTRACTS WITH PAST AND PRESENT CONGRESSMEN ARE VOID

These sounds like a good plan and it would definitely get rid of the lot of crap we have who are career Congress people but there are a couple of other ones I would like to add.

17.  All states must verify people’s citizenship and supply them with a photo ID at no expense or inconvenience to the recipient for voting.

18.  If congress doesn’t pass a budget, they do not get paid but all other government agencies will receive pay.

19.  All bills will be single subject matter and stand on their own, no more tying bills together to get “pork Spending” through.

20.  All future bills will be written in common language so “We the People” can understand everything.

21.  All government agencies will have a item line breakdown of all expenses, if something deals with national security it will have an independent outside agency with the proper clearance to audit all money trails.

22.  All special agencies such as NSA, CIA, and FBI (examples), will be combines into one agency with different departments (NSA, CIA, and FBI) and one data base. Each department will attach flags to be notified and be notified if another agency has someone marked. It will not give details but they can now contact the agency with information that may help them or prevent them from interfering in an unknown operation.

23.  Any elected official, including the president, shown to purposely violate or purposely ignore the constitution will be removed from office. A special election will be arranged for removals from the Oval Office; states will arrange their own plan for their elected officials.

24.  Any US Attorney General or employees there of who knowingly and willfully refuse to prosecute federal criminal acts or support the laws of the United States will be charged with a felony and removed from their position.

25.  No part of the US soil can be sold to any other country entity except for the placement of an embassy. No foreign person will have diplomatic immunity for espionage, spying, murder, manslaughter, or rape.  

We need to have this amendment and it wouldn’t need to go through congress since we know they will not restrain themselves. The Constitution provides that an amendment may be proposed either by the Congress with a two-thirds majority vote in both the House of Representatives and the Senate or by a constitutional convention called for by two-thirds of the State legislatures (it takes two-thirds to call a constitutional convention but three –fourths to ratify a constitutional amendment). None of the 27 amendments to the Constitution have been proposed by the congress; all have been done by the State legislatures. A proposed amendment becomes part of the Constitution as soon as it is ratified by States (38 of 50 States) and the best part is, it can not be overturned by the US Supreme Court, Congress, or the President of the United States. This is what we need to do. Pass this around if you believe the same and let’s see what happens.

The Government Shutdown

Many people think a major sticking point to the government shutdown is defunding Obamacare and in the Original proposal they would be right. The last three proposals are just to delay it so all people are treated equal and one of the true biggest sticking point is it makes congress fall under Obamacare just like the you and I, the common people, but our US Senate doesn't want this. When this mess known as Obamacare was put together and voted on, not one item, idea, suggestion, or recommendation was allowed from the other side. You cannot change a law once it has been signed according to the US Constitution unless it goes back through congress yet President Obama has by himself changed it over 20 times. We now know there are many problems and the first item of business for these same politicians was to remove themselves and their comrades from this debacle which is also against the US Constitution. These same politicians can force Obamacare down our throat but they don't have to eat their own crap pie; what is wrong with this? As usual, our media’s political interest covers up this issue, without researching the facts of its structure. This causes a problem, its one thing not to want Obamacare but it is shown to already be a horrible train wreck as stated by its Democratic lead writer and it hasn’t even got off the ground but this same set of politicians refuse to fix, delay, or end this ill thought out monstrosity.

President Obama promised health care premiums would be lower but what has actually happened is the opposite; they will rise by last GOA estimates between 20% and 200% not including the massive deductibles which the media will not tell you about and it will be the responsible of the policy holder. The Kaiser Family Foundation estimate currently health insurance premiums have already risen 24.2 percent in anticipation of Obamacare; what will it be when it is fully implemented? Under Obamacare, if you don’t enroll, you face a penalty of either $950 a year or 1 percent of family income; this would mean you would need to make a minimum of $95,000 to pay 1% equaling $950 dollar; the short of it is the makers of this bill are not for the little guy or the middle class, this bill makes the middle and lower class pay a higher rate for their penalty. CNN report says $45,790 is the average income in America with the middle class income elsewhere sited as $36,000 to $57,657. What this mean at $36,000 income you would be paying 2.6% and at $57,657 you would be paying 1.6% penalty, not the 1% penalty. The smaller 1% penalty is saved for people with more money like senators, bankers, union bosses, lawyers, well you get the picture. If this law is so good then why did the politicians, their helpers, and unions get waivers? The question you need to ask is, “Does Obamacare really help the poor and does it allow the rich a ways out of Obamacare the common person can’t afford?”

This does not help the poor and penalizes the poor more if they do not pay. The lower income jobs which middle class and lower class income people depend on are ending full time employees because of the burden of this bill; it has essentially turned the normal 40 hour work week into a 29 hour work week. I know many businesses in the news have publically stated they were dropping most employees to 29 hours to remove the massive burden from them brought by this bill yet President Obama says there is no proof this will hurt anyone. Does this mean the lower and middle class doesn’t count? Since 2009 the average income in the US has dropped for these classes by almost 2%; the middle and lower class with the effects of this bill will end up working two 29 hour a week jobs with no benefits and made to pay for Obamacare out of their pockets. The bottom line is the house has sent up several different ways to fix this and make our politicians fall under the same rules they passed for us but Harry Reid and the gang want their cake and eat it both. Where did the good Democratic politicians like Sam Nunn, who cared for the people, the military, and the integrity of the office go and how did we get the likes like Harry Reid, Diane Feinstein, and Nancy Pelosi who want nothing more then to control the people and get as much as they can from us. How did we let Republicans politicians like John McCain, Lisa Murkowski, and Olympia Snowe who are no different then the Democrats I referenced get and stay into office? With the exception of Mr. McCain’s military time; none of them, including Mr. McCain has done anything to advance this country or help its people.

The bottom line is we have went five years without a budget which is mandated by the US Constitution and the reason being is politicians in charge (this time the Democrats) can spend as much as they want as long as they are not constrained by a budget; hence the $16.7 Trillion dollars in National Debt. All previous National debt from all former administrations (no neither President Reagan $2.6 Trillion dollars, nor President Clinton $5.7 Trillion dollars had a balance budget) accumulated a deficit of $9 Trillion dollars which should have been stopped decades ago but in the last five years with no budget in place it has escalated 53.9%; this is what happens when we elect liberals. The military should receive a flat 20% (for augment sake) budget tied to the national net revenue, this will prevent future politicians from either side using our military or the Department of Defense as political pawns. Our current politicians have few who care for the middle or lower class and the ones in charge now, no matter what they say, do not care about you. Giving you a fish doesn’t teach you how to succeed but holds you down; not having a budget and raising the debt ceiling doesn’t help us, it puts us in chains and enslaves us to the debt. Does this government shutdown hurt any of the politicians, NO; it only hurts the government blue collar working men and women many who live pay check to pay check and will never see the $174,000 the Senate receives a year. My sister is one, a single mom, and has never seen a six digit income or close to it, now she and many others are suffering because this administration doesn’t care.
