Having
class has nothing to do with wealth, looks, political standing, economic
standing, or the clothes you wear, but today many think it does. Many today
cause fear and are under the delusion that fear and respect are the same; they
are not and making someone fear you out of malice is classless. Our Founding
Fathers had the respect of the nation even when people within this nation
didn’t agree with them. If you were a criminal back then you were still treated
with respect because two wrongs do not make a right. General Grant had the
upmost respect for General Lee even though they disagreed on politics and were
on opposite sides of the Civil War and when in conversation with each other,
both were respectful. Having “Class” is having or reflecting high standards of
personal behavior. Even if you have money, fame, power, and/or position, it
will not buy you manners, morals, and class. You can throw lipstick on a pig
but it is still a pig. Never sacrifice your class integrity to get even with
someone who has none, let them have the gutter while you take the high road.
Remember what Eleanor Roosevelt said, “No one can make
you feel inferior without your consent.” Think about this, if you dress and act
like a thug and in return are treated like a thug, you are the only one to
blame. It doesn’t mean someone is racist or a bigot, it means you are being
treated as the image and impression you put forward. You are always responsible
for your actions no matter your feelings and every action has an equal and
opposite reaction. Is the reaction of your actions better for you and our
country, or a detriment to you and our country? If you remaining silent around
a chattering of fools, this is one sign of class, but this doesn’t mean allow
the fools to determine their truth even when the facts show something different.
It used to be a mandate to have manners, morals, and class to become a member
of the Media, US Congress, and the US Supreme Court, but today we can see the
lack of manners, morals, integrity, and class in our Media, US Congress, and
the US Supreme Court, they don’t even try to cover it up.
Media
The
National Media outlets has given President
Obama on average a 71% positive or neutral stories coverage because he is
Liberal as are they. The same National Media outlets gave President Trump was a
91% negative stories coverage before we even had the election. Media Bias? You
bet! You hear the National Media outlets say President Trump is “Racist and
Sexist” but they never said a thing, even covered up President Clintons
philandering and even assaults of women. Here is a question for you. Who was
the first person to hire an African American female and a Latino man to be CEO
of a fortune 500 company; Donald Trump. Yet you have many news reporters like
Jemele Hill calling President Trump a “white supremacist”. How many “white
supremacist”, who think minorities are inferior, do you think would hire a
minority into this critical position? ZERO! The
media was caught asking Liberal Senators to spreading innuendo, rumors and
flat-out lies about President Trump, does this surprise anyone? No. CNN's Jake
Tapper caught lying, saying President Trump didn’t offer sympathy to Canada
after Mosque attack, this was false. The Washington Post was caught covering up
the true Imam Suhaib Webb as "An
unlikely messenger becomes a guiding spirit to young Muslims." The
fact is FBI surveillance documents
shows Imam Suhaib Webb appearing alongside al-Qaeda operative Anwar al-Awlaki.
He was there to raise $100,000 for Jamil
Abdullah al-Amin, a Black Panther member who was convicted of shooting two
U.S. police officers and killing one of them. Zeke Miller of Time magazine
lied about President Trump removing the bust of civil rights icon Martin Luther
King, Jr. This was done so the Liberals could continue to divide our country. CNN
claimed that Nancy Sinatra was "not happy” about Trump using the song
"My Way" at his inauguration. Nancy
Sinatra was not happy with CNN’s story. She tweeted a link to the article
and replied, “That's not true. I never said that. Why do you lie, CNN?” Question?
In the media if someone is mix race like President Obama being half white and
half black, they are identified as the minority; President Obama was our first “Black”
president. Then why did the media take George Zimmerman, half white and half Spanish
and call him white? The answer is to get ratings. Saying this individual was
white would get better ratings then if they said he was Spanish and all the
media cares about is pushing an agenda and/or getting ratings. NBC even altered the tape
to make this individual look races because the more split as a nation we are,
the more rights liberals in the government can take away. If you want to see
the complete lack of manners, morals, integrity, and class in our Media, look
at CNN
documentary: Republicans are racists for opposing Obama. You are not a racist
because you disagree with someone. I could write a book on this subject and the
media alone but we can all see the media is bias, does print without verifying,
and yes, does present Fake News to push an agenda which is not good for
America.

Finding
manners, morals, and class in our US Congress is near impossible, our Founding
Fathers would turn over in their grave if the seen politicians today. Hillary
Clinton knew Benghazi needed better security, over 30 request were sent but
ignored. State Department contracting officer Jan Visintainer gave the security
for Benghazi to a company with no high threat security experience, "Blue
Mountain U.K., and now we know they disarmed the guards to not offend the
locals. Hillary as in the election blames everyone but herself and even lied to
the family of the fallen. I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Clinton when I
worked for the DoD and she is the most vile person I have ever met; it’s all
about her. Don’t jump up and down Republicans because many on your side are
nipping at her heals. You see our politicians show lack of class in many ways.
You can take Republican Representative Joe Wilson, the South Carolina who said “You
Lie” to President Obama, even though it was true, in the forum it was in, this
shows no class. The mayor
of a small city in Washington State called President Obama a ‘Monkey Man,’
& Michelle Obama ‘Gorilla Face”, this shows complete lack of manners,
morals, and class and is racist. Democrat Senate Leader Harry Reid's basically said
Republicans are "Racist" for disagreeing with Obama. This shows a
complete void of not only manners, morals, integrity, and class, but
intelligence as well. If you want to see a bunch
from the republicans, you have Jeb Bush, Carly Fiorina, Lindsey Graham, John
Kasich, George Pataki, Rand Paul, Marco Rubio, and Scott Walker who all pledged
to support the Republican candidate to force Donald Trump out, but President
Trump signed it, won the primary, then these politicians showed a complete void
of not only manners, morals, integrity, and class. You have Democratic Senator Diane
Feinstein lying, as all liberals do, to the people about taking every
America’s guns and violating the 2nd Amendment. Minority
Leader Nancy Pelosi lied about what the Pope said, you can’t display more
lack of manners, morals, integrity, and class then this if you are a Catholic. Many
of our Congress members from both sides are void of manners, morals, integrity,
and class, I could also write a book on this.

Supreme Court
The
US Supreme Court is the last line of defense for our nation. Unfortunately it
has been compromised by judges who want to make the law instead of following
it, this is a major problem within our complete judicial system. First,
according to the Code
of Conduct for United States Judges, any judge who has a conflict of interest
due to having an active history within the subject of review must recuse
themselves; this is the law. The “Process Clause” of the Fourteenth Amendment
to the United States Constitution, U.S.C. § 455, “Disqualification of justice,
judge or magistrate judge” tell us when a justice must recuse themselves from a
case. The Judicial Disqualification: An Analysis of
Federal Law Second Edition, Federal Judicial Center 2010 clarifies this by
putting a fine point on when a justice by law are required to recuse
themselves. You can look it up
but here are just a few situations where justices must recuse themselves; they
are as follows:
If the judge was
involved in the case prior to reaching the higher court from a lower court. If
the judge has been counsel for either party (defending, prosecuting, or
conducting ceremonies). If the judge was the trial judge on the case that is up
for appeal. If a judge or family member has a financial interest (owning stock
or being paid royalties) or personal interest (advocate for or against) the
case at hand.

Justice Stephen Breyer should have recused himself from the Wisconsin-based Johnson Controls, Inc. case
because his wife had ownership of stock in a company involved in the dispute.
But as all liberal including people who are to uphold the law, Justice Breyer
broke the law by not recusing himself but again, he is a liberal so what do you
expect.

Justice Sonia Sotomayor
The following are
all disturbing statements made by Justice Sotomayor. "That
one’s sex, race and ethnicity ought to affect the decisions one renders from
the bench." "I further accept that our experiences as women and
people of color will affect our decisions," "Personal experiences
affect the facts that judges choose to see” "Whether born from experience
or inherent physiological or cultural differences our gender and national
origins may and will make a difference in our judging. Your race,
gender, nor your ethnicity should ever effect your job of judging, these are
statements from a female chauvinist and racist. What is more disturbing is that
she says she will only see the facts she chooses to see. So evidence and truth
means nothing to her but then again, she is a liberal. Justice Sotomayor does
not view the Constitution as "Settled Law". Justice
Sotomayor served as a Board Member and Vice President of the
open-borders legal advocate and long-time amnesty-activist, Latino Justice. I’m
pretty sure that violates the “The Judicial Disqualification: An Analysis of
Federal Law” requirements. Should a White Supremacist be elected to the US
Supreme Court? No! Would a non-White Supremacist activist hire a racist
minority activist judge to the US Supreme Court? You batcha!

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg
The following are
all disturbing statements made by Ruth Bader Ginsburg. “You
would have a huge statelessness problem if you don't consider a child born
abroad a U.S. citizen.” “Frankly, I had thought that at the time Roe was
decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in
populations that we don't want to have too many of.” Is this a racist
statement? “I would not look to the U.S. Constitution if I were drafting a
constitution in 2012.” So an activist US Supreme Court justice who is supposed
to be abiding by the US Constitution wouldn’t use it for a new constitution.
This basically says she doesn’t believe in the U.S. Constitution. She along with
all liberal elitist would probably have all Americans turned into subjects
instead of citizens. She also should have recused herself from the gay marriage case since she was an advocate for
gay marriage, speaking at gay conferences and acted in favor of gay marriage.
Justice Ginsburg had performed three to five gay ceremonies, one in the
chambers of the Supreme Court itself. I’m pretty sure that violates the “The
Judicial Disqualification: An Analysis of Federal Law” requirements just as
Justice Sotomayor did but did she act respectively; no. On top of this, Justice
Ginsburg just made an ass out of herself by
commenting on a current presidential candidate which is taboo for a Supreme
Court Justice.

all disturbing statements made
by Justice Kagan. “And what my constitutional values are, are wholly
irrelevant to the job, and so neither you nor anyone else will know what they
are.” “What my political views or my constitutional views are just doesn't
matter.” “Perhaps most important, judges will have goals. And because this is
so, judges will often try to mold and
steer the law in order to promote
certain ethical values and achieve certain social ends. Such activity is
not necessarily wrong or invalid.” “In our own times, a coherent socialist
movement is nowhere to be found in the United States. Americans are more likely
to speak of a golden past than of a golden future, of capitalism's glories than
of socialism's greatness.” She believes is socialism. When you have a judge
trying to “mold and steer the law in
order to promote certain ethical values and achieve certain social ends”,
they have just violated the constitution because their job is to interpret the
law, not “mold and steer the law”. The constitution is 100% about a
capitalistic country, when you have justice praising socialism as great. Justice
Kagan had the same conflict as Ruth Bader Ginsburg on gay
marriage. Justice Kagan had performed same-sex wedding ceremonies which again,
under the 14th Amendment mandates she recuse herself but once again,
liberal justices never follow the law.
She should have recused herself from the Obamacare Supreme court case as
well since she as solicitor general of the United States, served as the head of
an office responsible for formulating the Obama administration’s legal defense of its
domestic agenda priority. Is this why President Obama appointed her to the
Supreme Court, to get his agenda through?
None of these Supreme
Court Justice show manners,
morals, integrity, and class. They refuse to recuse themselves when mandated by
the law and work as Supreme Court
Justice Activists. You wonder why “We the People” don’t trust the government,
just look at the liberals actions who are on our supreme court not to mention
all other courts who circumvent the law and the will of the people. Imagine what
all the other liberal justices on the lower courts are doing and who they are
doing it to. These liberal justices are stripping away every American’s rights
and if we don’t change it, we will soon be subjects instead of citizens and
know firsthand the meaning of tyranny.
