The US Constitution is Gone

Our founding Fathers had the best plan for a government that the world has ever seen, but of course man and his power hungry greed, lack of integrity, and willingness to punish the many for the few has all but voided the US Constitution. All presidents and even congress members as far back as I can remember, from LBJ (from back to Lyndon Baines Johnson to Barack Hussein Obama II, both Democrats and Republicans have tried to pervert or subvert the US Constitution. We have always had a protector who would interpret the law and strike down any attempt at perverting or subverting the US Constitution which was the US Supreme Court. Back for years the US Supreme Court Justices always blocked any attempt by a president or congress member when they over stepped their authority, they were always there for the little guy where he could get treated justly but this is not the case anymore, it has fallen to the people who wish to destroy the US Constitution and our country; and they call themselves Americans..

I knew when we watched the first openly racist and sexist justice (Sonia Sotomayor) get elected, we were in trouble, here for years we have been trying to get racist out of all we could and yet we put one on the highest court in the land. Our Founding Father made one mistake, they never set up a way to get rid of Activist Justices from any side who instead of doing their job and interpreting the law, has set out to make the law. Just as the IRS, BLM, and EPA have violated people’s rights by seizing people’s property with no warrant, evidence, or due process and when found in the wrong they don’t want to give back what they have taken, so has the Supreme Court violated the US Constitution. During the time of the Founding Fathers there was honor and integrity, unfortunately I think as most other Americans, it is now gone in our Justice System. Now we have Supreme Court Justices sitting on cases in which they are directly involved having a Conflict of Interest which requires them to recuse themselves, but they don’t.

When I really started to get worried was when I saw the ruling on the Boumediene v. Bush case in 2008 which gave foreign captured hostiles the same rights as US citizens. These were people captured by the military trying to kill Americans on foreign soil, by the US Constitution they should be tried in Military Court, not in US Civilian court. When you have the Chief Justice John G. Roberts changing the foundation of a case so it can pass as he did with The Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), I was baffled because it clearly violated the 4^th and 10^th Amendment of the US Constitution. This was a violation from the Chief Justice himself, any American can read what the US Constitution says and if anyone has a poorly defined case, it is not the job of the justices to give it the ability to become law which happened here letting you see a Supreme Court Justice violate his oath of office. The Founding Father purposely separated the Federal Powers from the State Powers giving the state total control of all state licensing yet this took it away. Do the states not have any rights now, this is tyranny and what the founding fathers warned us about but all that matters anymore is the activism, not justice.

Now The Supreme Court have just passed Gay Marriage violating the US Constitution once more, see this is also a state affair which is my problem, Hawaii passes Gay Marriage, no problem, Alabama blocks Gay Marriage, no problem. Each state by the US Constitution has the right to govern their own affairs but now the US Supreme Court has opened up Pandora’s Box. The right of marriage, gay or straight is nowhere in the US Constitution because each state controls all licensing which is how our Founding Fathers wanted it. Because of this ruling the next thing we will see an all-out attack on religion. I have said for years that if or when gay marriage passes, the first thing you will see is cases being filed against Pastors, Preachers, Rabbis, and Imams if they will not perform a gay marriage. The US Constitution does protect the Freedom of Religion but that won’t stop these hate filled people from attacking the religious, their worship places, and their places of business. These hateful people have been doing it for a while but now they will try and use this knew founded energy to destroy anyone’s religion which don’t conform to their desires.

The worse is still coming, now the polygamist will come out claiming their Constitutional Rights are being violated, if gays have a Constitutional Right to marriage, we have a Constitutional Right to marry multiple partners. After that you will have people coming out saying, if gays have a Constitutional Right to marriage, we have a Constitutional Right to arranged child marriage which is practiced in the Muslim world. I have no idea where it will end or even if it will, once you have opened Pandora’s Box, it is virtually impossible to close. You need to understand something very important, without our US Constitution you have no rights which will mean the destruction of the US as we know it; I hope you are ready.

The Tale of Two Cities (Charleston and Ferguson)

In the past couple of months, Charleston South Carolina has been on the news for some horrific incidents but they have shown how a civilized and respectable community should act and is an example for the rest of the country to follow. In Charleston, cops have shot people before without any charges brought against the cops, but South Carolina will be the first to arrest a cop if they cross the line. The check the facts and evidence first to find the truth unlike Al Sharpton and the other Race-Baiters who yell wolf every time a white cop shoots a black. The Charleston Black Leadership drove Al Sharpton and the other Race-Baiters away and waited to see what the facts and evidence first said as well as what the reaction of the leadership would be. Officer Michael Slagger who was originally form New Jersey shot Walter Scott in the back as he ran away then tried to place a Taser next to him as a means to support self-defense. Once the evidence came out, he was immediately arrested and charged with murder and there were no riots in Charleston. There was no fictitious “Hands Up Don’t Shoot” to try and pervert the truth as is common among the Liberal Race-Baiting crowd, just the truth.

Now we have had a shooting where a White Racist walked into a black church and shot dead nine people stating he wanted to start a race war. Once again all the Race-Baiters came and were driven away by the black leadership, many Liberal politicians used this tragedy to push their own agenda or to try and make other political gains which to me is victimizing the Charleston Shooting Victims again. Many of these same people had no problem when the Black Panthers attacked white voters in in Philadelphia but Charleston isn’t liberal, all in the Charleston area were appalled at this senseless action and even though the liberal news outlets tried to show pictures of only blacks in grief, it was impossible because all the different races of Charleston came together to support their neighboring church in their time of grieving. The cops pulled out all the stops to catch this lunatic and did in North Carolina, he will be facing a minimum of life but this won’t bring back what we loss. The families of the victims did the most generous and powerful act ever seen, all of them forgave him. He was full of hatred but they refused to be caught up in this trap and this is why our community is one of the best in the world. Now how does this contras to liberal cities?

In liberal cities like Ferguson where Michael Brown was shot, you have an immediate cry for revenge which could be because of pass actions but ignore the facts and presents knowingly false narratives. Michael Brown was waiting for two court appearances for assault when he robbed and assaulted a store owner in Ferguson, does this give the cops the right to shoot him on site, No. When he weighing over 100 pounds more than the cop attacked the cop, he met the end that liberals always bring to the minority communities; death and destruction. Before his body was even cold or any evidence was looked at, the Race-Baiters came out yelling Police brutality, on what grounds, he was black man shot by a white cop; this is what is called racism and ignorance. These Liberal Race-Baiters incited riots, even bussed people in from other areas which burned down this poor area of Ferguson. The only gains from this was to the thieves who robbed, looted, then burned these businesses to destroy evidence; the only loss was to this community the cop was trying to protect from this thug. After the evidence came out and showed the cop was right and justified, we had a Liberal Black Congress Women, Eleanor Holmes Norton come out and say, “Evidence Isn't a Concern”, or basically the facts don’t matter. So is she saying she can charge anyone she want with a crime and the facts don’t matter. This is the liberal agenda, this is what tyranny and injustice looks like which is a Liberal Corner Stone; I ask, do you want to live under it?

The other liberal Corner Stone is unions and the protection of all union employees. Michael Brown was killed justifiably but Eric Garner in New York was murdered. The video plainly shows an illegal choke hold being used which the Chief of Police denied until the video came out. The Police Chief then said it was just recommended not to be used which was false; the news later showed a “Cease of Use Order” was given years earlier for choke holds. The cop who killed Mr. Gardener had a history of abuse and this time it cost a man his life. The cops even waited 7 minutes before calling 911 after Eric Green because unresponsive. This cop was never charged because he was union and in big cities, the Liberal Police Unions will protect their dues, even commit crimes themselves to protect other cops and the union; where is the justice?

This causes two problems in the Liberal Cities, the first is the people stop trusting the cops, government, and legal system because they believe, rightfully so, that they are corrupt, they look at them as just as much the enemy as the crack dealers. Second, since to them there is no way to get justice, they take getting justice into their own hands, this is why you have so many young people killing each other in Liberal cities. Instead of calling the cops when a 911 incident happens, they plot revenge, this is the fault of the cops, government, and legal system or as you can say, “The Liberals In Charge.” The Liberal Politicians then try and ban guns from the law abiding citizens and make “Gun Free Zones” which more gun violence occurs in then Non-Gun Free Zones because the criminals know where to target. The politicians don’t want you to have a gun but they have body guards protecting those using guns. Isn’t this being a hypocrite, if you are a Liberal Politicians and don’t believe in people having guns to protect themselves, why do you?

I have lived in many big cities and seen cops who would not respond quickly to certain area, you were not a priority because you were from the wrong side of the tracks. I’ve seen the system protect cops from prosecution with everything from witnesses being scared into not testifying or just ending up dead; sometimes the evidence has disappeared or the tapes been erased and you wonder why the people don’t trust their government or cops. With the Liberal politicians and cops protecting themselves instead of the citizens, it should be obvious. The politicians steal the people’s money and the cops are their enforcement; not all politicians or cops are this way but enough are in these liberally controlled cities and the politicians you voted into office.

What is Wrong in Our Inner Cities?

Let’s start off by telling you a very commonly repeated story from the city. On June 27th, 2012, Natasha Christopher received the worse news in the world, a phone call telling her that her 14-year-old son, Akeal Christopher had been shot. Witnesses say Akeal was running away from two men in hoodies and they fired several shots hitting the teen. The kids at the party Akeal was attending stonewalled the details to Natasha, the police, and the Detectives who believe it was a local gang; without witnesses, there is no case. Akeal died and to this date no one has been charged, he is a victim of the liberal politicians who control most big cities and all ten of the most violent are Democrats.

If you are from a city which has been run by liberals for the last 40 years as are most all the 10 most violent ones you need to ask yourself a few questions.

1.      Is getting free handouts worth watching your children being murdered?

2.      If you don’t teach your children respect for others, who’s going to?

3.      If you don’t teach by example your children to be a working part of the community so they can lift themselves out of poverty, do you understand you are condemning them to be a slave in this Social security and entitlement jail?

4.      Do you understand that less guns in the law abiding people’s citizen’s hands means a higher crime rate in your neighborhood?

5.      Do you realize when you don’t help the police catch a murder like the ones who murdered Natasha’s son that your son or daughter may be the next one murdered?

Liberals (especially politicians) have never helped the impoverished people in the cities, they just use them for votes. They lie about the rate of unemployment with the highest number of unemployed being inner city black men between the ages of 18 to 35 which stands at 25%; this is significantly worse than 6 years ago. As long as you keep voting for entitlements instead of standing on your own two feet, it is only going to get worse and more inner city youth are going to die. If you do not stand help the police take these thugs off the street then you may be the next victim looking for witnesses with no one stepping forward for you. You and your family can bask in the sun and live or hide in the house existing and dying. You may ask, what do I know about this? I grew up watching as many males didn’t graduate High School, they had to work for their fathers or went to run drugs. I watched as girls were getting pregnant at ages well below consent and many having three or four kids by the time they were 18 years old. The murder rate was through the roof with many being ruled a suicide even when the evidence shows it wasn’t but none would help the police and even looked at them as the enemy. Less than 40% of the people made above the poverty rate and most never moved far from where they were raised. This vicious circle just keeps repeating itself generation after generation but all it takes is one to break this cycle. After seeing several of my friends killed I made the choice to find a better way, to break free from the vicious cycle which plagued my community and I made it. You can break free and lift yourself out of poverty but only if you work for it as I did, the choice is yours.
