As I said, Free Speech is Under Attack

Free Speech is one of the corner stones of our great nation with Freedom of Religion, Freedom of the Press, and the Right to Bear Arms. Several years back, the US Supreme Court decided that burning the American Flag is covered by Freedom of Speech. As I have said many times, Freedom of Speech does not give you the freedom from being insulted, I am insulted every time someone burns the American Flag but that is freedom. With this, you have the freedom to voice your opinion on a subject, support for a political party, or even discontentment with our government without retribution. You are probably asking why I am telling you this.

Just as the UAW (United Auto Workers) tried to make the members of the union tell them who they voted for which is illegal, likewise it is illegal for a public official like a mayor or police chief to retaliate against any employee expressing their Freedom of Speech right. Liberal Democratic Mayor of Paterson, Jose Torres has done just that. After winning office, going through the Chief of Police, he had Jeffrey Heffernan who was picking up a political sign for his mother demoted. This shows you why liberals, no matter which party are dangerous, they believe the law doesn’t apply to them and they are very vindictive. Even if Mr. Heffernan was getting a sign from the alternate party, retaliation will never help your cause and in many cases will lead to your downfall.

This comes to even a bigger problem when Liberal Judges are allowed to exist, when you as a liberal refuse to obey the law, you as a Liberal Judge can pervert the law. We can currently see this in Harris County, Texas, when two people filmed Plan Parenthood Leaders trying to sell baby parts which is illegal. Plan Parenthood Leaders were filmed in a public place which is legal but instead of going after the obvious criminal with video evidence, Harris County District Attorney Devon Anderson, a liberal Republican, went after the makers of the video. One of the charges is purchasing human organs, so wouldn’t that mean the sellers are criminals as well? When you start charging the witnesses to a crime instead of the perpetrator, it is not good for freedom.

The Liberal colleges violate free speech daily with “free speech zones” where students can speak free of retribution but free speech is for everywhere, not just a designated area; it violates the 1^st Amendment. At the University of Michigan, they are stifling free speech with its “Inclusive Language” program which has created lists of words that are unacceptable. Remember I said earlier that “Freedom of Speech does not give you the freedom from being insulted”, this is what happens when liberals are in charge. You also end up with double standards like the N-word, said by one group offensive but OK for another group. It also shows how students are being brain washed by these liberals because when I went to college, if you told me I couldn’t use a word, I would have said “The Constitution says I can.” Respect for our Constitution should be taught from 1^st grade. But in some cases like U.S. Naval Academy Professor Bruce Fleming who was reprimand and denied merit pay and $7,000 in summer funding because he stated, “the academy's sexual assault program and the potentially one-sided burdens it put on men” which it does. If a male and female both get drunk and do the dirty deed (even if it was consensual), not a true rape; if the next morning she says she was raped to save face or because of shame, he is done! If he says he was raped the next morning it is laughed off so the professor was 100% correct. When it comes to rape claims of this nature, both parties should be given Lie Detector Test, if he did rape her the lady will have the proof and he can be charged. If he didn’t, someone embarrassed or trying to save face won’t ruined an innocent person’s life. I don’t want any rapist to go free and neither do I want an innocent man charged due to political correctness. This professor brought up a discussion point to broaden the view of his students which was allowed, his freedom of speech was violated due to political correctness. Two students from Hawaii University Freedom of Speech was violated when they were banned from handing out US Constitutions. Any university or school who banned the handing out of the US Constitution in America needs to be closed! Today, colleges and universities are the worse for violating American’s Freedom of Speech.

Our elected officials are sometimes the worse of violators of Freedom of Speech. They put up buffer zones for abortion clinics which was struck down but won’t even think of doing the same for our fallen troops. In Wisconsin, prosecutors can impose the “John Doe” rule, you can’t tell anyone you are under investigation; sounds like a violation of Freedom of Speech to me and is often times used by liberals against political opponents. In York, South Carolina of all places, liberal school officials tried to make Peyton Robinson remove the American flag and a POW-MIA flag on the back of his truck because, “it offended some people”; the offended need to be removed from our country! Of course in South Carolina this does have a happy ending, the whole town showed up at the school waving American flags until they changed their view.

Why are these liberal idiots trying to remove Freedom of Speech? If they can remove Freedom of Speech, they will have a better chance of controlling “We the People”, turning us from citizens into subjects. In short they want to remove all our freedoms. Freedom of Speech and Right to Bear Arms must be removed first as done by Hitler so you cannot fight back when they take the rest.

American Teachers Teaching Our Children Islam Supporting Jihad and ISIS

We have a problem in our country when we know our enemy, the radical Islamist and terrorist, are allowed to teach and preach their hate in our schools and colleges. When the hate isn’t checked by school officials and no other religion is allowed to express their view, why can Muslims? When people are giving special accommodations for one religion over another, this is as anti-American as you can get, yet our teachers and teaching facilitators throughout America are doing exactly this. Many like to quote the “Separation of Church and State” which isn’t even in the US Constitution, what it states is there will be no “State Founded Church” like the Church of England. That being said, if you say you can’t preach religion in the schools, how can you preach Islam? An elementary school in San Diego created an extra recess period for Muslim pupils to pray, but Jews and Christians will not receive the same respect and treatment; remind you this is in a public school. The University of Michigan at Dearborn plans to build foot baths for Muslim students but will they build a chapel for Christians? No! At George Mason University in Fairfax, Va., Muslim students have been given a "meditation space" for their prayers; they segregate the men and women to pray. The Jews and Christians can’t get an area set aside for prayer so isn’t this religious discrimination? Yes! Does the separating of man and women due to women being considered a lesser being then men go along with all of us being created equally? No! If you are going to try and force all Christian items out of the academic system, how can you allow another without being a hypocrite? You can’t! Across America this along with many other discriminatory actions are taking place which favors the Islamic Religion, this type of discrimination is un-American and illegal.

In regular K-12 schools you have Maury County Tennessee is where 7th graders at Spring Hill Middle School were forced to declare, “There is no God but Allah” in their Social Studies Class. School official refuse any part of teaching Christianity due to the Separation of Church and State but defends the lessons on Islam. The Georgia Department of Education has placed a curriculum into place that teaches the overview of religions of the world, this doesn’t sound bad until you look closer and see that all are just a glancing view until you come to Islam. This is where the students are forced to learn the Five Pillars of Islam. They are not allowed to learn the Ten Commandments, Tora, or the Five Moral Precepts of Buddhism but they must learn the Five Pillars of Islam. The students are also taught that Allah is the same God worshipped by Christians which offends many Christians. In Los Angeles California, 7^th graders are taught a brief overview of religions including Christianity (mostly about crusades and not the religion) and Judaism which combined has 16 pages, but when it comes to Islam, the California School System gives 55 pages to Islam and the students must recite the Five Pillars of Islam. Even though California was one of the leaders trying to keep public funding out of “Christian Schools” due to the Separation of Church and State they have funded Madrasas which are Islamic only schools with American taxes; isn’t this discrimination? Yes, and it is also against federal law. If you go to the universities, you have Kent State professor, Julio Pino who is under investigation by the FBI for using his position to recruit students from Kent State for ISIS. He has been supporting jihadist all the way back to 2002. In his Face Book posts he praises Osama Bin Laden as the greatest, he even writes training manuals for an Al Qaeda web site. He talks about the oath of the 19 terrorist who carried out the 911 attacks is the “glorious oath, among the most Nobel oaths”. Kent State Universities’ leadership response is he has free speech, what if someone was making terroristic statements toward Muslim or another minority group; would it still be free speech? The Texas Tarrant County College in Fort Worth Professor Paul Derengowski World Religions class was disrupted by two Muslim students because they didn’t like how he was teaching the Islamic portion even though he was quoting directly from the Quran. They repeatedly got into the professors face in an aggressive manner. Professor Derengowski was following the curriculum but was feeling threatened and with the students in class scared, Professor Derengowski reported it to the college administration and filed a police report. The Texas Tarrant County College refused to do anything do anything to stop the threats from the students so feeling in danger for his life, Professor Derengowski resigned. Since when is the one threatening violence, a criminal act, left to roam the campus and threaten others? 

One of the biggest idiocies we have seen in our country is politicians and judges not standing for the constitution, but for Islam and/or Sharia Law which is not compatible with Constitutional Law. When American politicians are supporting Madrassa schools which preach hatred toward all others religions who are not Islamic, we have a major problem. When American politicians support radical Wahabi (Sharia Law) teachings which make a women have 4 witnesses if she was raped otherwise she will be stoned for adultery, we have a problem. When you have Hilary Clinton’s aid, Huma Abedin three family members, her late father, mother and her brother knowingly connected to the Muslim Brotherhood, a Terrorist Group, do you really think Hilary is trying to protect you? Some want to say it’s a Democratic failure but John McCain is a republican and refuses to defend America over the Muslim Brotherhood, he defended Huma Abedin so we have problems from both parties. When you have politicians like Representative Andre Carson, a Democrat from Indiana, who is a Muslim and demands public schools follow Islamic teachings and methods stating, “There are over 7 million Muslims in this country, and while we are under attack, we cannot retreat” when asked about his proposal. When you have President Obama who refuses to acknowledge the last two terrorist attacks on our country as terrorist attacks even after being classified as terror attacks by the FBI, you can tell he isn’t out for our countries best interest. When are we going to get some politicians who actually want to protect America? All the establishment candidates from both parties need to be gone. 

Why Schools Should Never be Allowed to Unionize

I am pretty good with letting most any person or group do what they want because that is freedom. But freedom doesn’t allow you to hurt others, especially not for personal gain. Likewise, freedom does not support allowing incompetent elected or hired people to remain in position when they are a failure. I have shown you good unions in the past which help the people and community. I have shown you bad unions in the past which hurt people, communities, and our country. Currently in Detroit MI the latter is happening. Whenever a person, community, leader, or Union uses children to try and blackmail people to succumb to their desires, a clear unethical line has been crossed.

Detroit City was put under an Emergency Manager to straighten up the mess that 50 years of liberal corruption, neglect, and incompetence has grown, it is now for the first time in decades, almost out of debt. The Detroit Public Schools likewise has been ran into the ground by liberal leadership. This leadership adds 1 million dollars to the Detroit Public Schools systems debt every day. When you have Liberal educators like Detroit’s Mumford High School principal Kenyetta Wilbourn-Snapp running the show, our kids don’t stand a chance. She was guilty of accepting bribes, but why would you bribe a principle? Maybe it has something to do with the graduation rate in Detroit going from 24.9% in 2007 and magically raising to 78.6% in 2014; over a 300% raise. You see, the more students who graduate, the more Federal Education Funds the school system receives. Or maybe it was a payoff to cover up employees like Domonique Campbell and her mother, both were found guilty of embezzling $530,000 from the Detroit Public Schools system. I have to ask, don’t they do audits? Oh wait, Sandra Campbell was the DPS accountant and School Board member. I’m sure they would have given bribes to cover up what they were doing. Or maybe it was to cover up teachers like Kathryn Ronk who statutorily raped a 15 year old female student. The problem is, in Detroit even the courts are liberal and corrupt. Ms. Ronk who was in a position of authority by Michigan law was mandated a minimum of 15 years in prison, but she only received a minimum of 6 years to 15 years.

The Detroit Public Schools leaders and the Detroit Federation of Teachers (DFT) were in charge of the Detroit Public School System but refuse to accept responsibility for their actions. They will tell you, “It is not their fault!” The Detroit Public School System ran the infrastructure, ran the finances, hired problem teachers, and supported the DFT who mandates they keep the all teachers. This is what caused the destruction of the Detroit Public School System and illiteracy of the students; but it’s not their fault. For Detroit to keep advancing in the right direction, Detroit must fix the bleeding from the Detroit Public Schools system and remove these slimy school affiliated people who prey on students. The DFT, the Detroit teacher’s union, makes this virtually impossible. The school system must be streamlined, it must make positive changes to its climate, and it must learn to live within its means. If Detroit is ever going to leave behind the national reputation as the worse school systems in America, change is required. The DFT lost in court to stop the restructure of the Detroit Public Schools systems so like all liberals, they resort to any means necessary, even if the children are hurt.

Now you can watch as the DFT, as all liberals, resorts to illegal tactics to the detriment of the students; the law doesn’t matter to liberals. In true fashion, after losing in court, the DFT have started shutting down the school systems by having its DFT members call in sick, “Teacher Sickouts.” They are rotating the teachers who are acting sick, so no one teacher can be targeted by the system, but having enough call in sick to shut schools down. More than 60 Detroit Public Schools have been shut down by DFT’s actions depriving the neediest students in our country of a good education. The DFT does this because students do not matter, only money and power. I thought teachers cared about the kids? The protection of bad teachers, principals, superintendents, and other school officials needs to end. No more covering for incompetent teachers, abusive teachers, and lazy teachers. No more covering for principles lack of leadership, biasness, and who are prejudice. No more superintendents and other school officials’ mismanagement of funds, creating political agenda to driven policies, and covering for bad actors working in the system. I know the hate mail will be coming in stating I said I hate unions which I don’t, I do hate bad unions and DFT is one of the worse. Bad unions have forced many of our countries manufacturing plants to go elsewhere, often overseas. These companies are able to move but our children can't. In Detroit, you can’t move your children out of the public school system unless you have money; this needs to change.

As of 2014, the Detroit Public Schools system receives $13,825 per student; 17 miles away, Wyandotte Public Schools which has a much better rating only receive $8,242 per student, so the lack of money isn’t the problem. You can’t ship every student to a better school like Wyandotte but why not let the parents have a $13,825 dollar in a voucher so they can chose any school, public, private, or charter? If you care about the children, this will give the children a better education and chance to succeed. Liberal are hypocritical, if President Obama and the other liberals believe in the public school system, why do all their children go to private schools? Liberals will reject this because once again, they don’t care for your kids, just the money they can get from unions to keep your kids in place; it is a monopoly. Because of bad education in the Detroit Public School System, most students cannot make it in the working force and resort to crime. When you can’t read, write, or follow any procedures because you lack the skills and discipline which is should be taught in school, you will fail in life. This shows how the liberals and Detroit Public School System has failed Detroit’s children.
