America is in Trouble

Everyone makes mistakes; when I find I have made a mistake, I like most people I will apologize and try to do better. If people working for me who make a mistake I tell them to do better next time but people who purposely do what they know is wrong, I fire them or at the minimum take away their responsibility and suspend them. I like to believe this is the norm in America; it is how we should act and should be the standards for our elected and appointed officials. We are in big trouble because our officials purposely lie and do not believe in the US Constitution and now we have without a doubt a Supreme Court Justice who does not believe in the rule of law.

When you have a Supreme Court Justice nominee with a history of racist remarks, they should never get a second look. I do not care what race they are or gender; when any political party select racist justices, all it does is divide the country and destroys the integrity of the highest court in the land. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor should have never been presented and should have been disbarred as a judge for her remarks, let alone elected to the US Supreme Court. She was put into this position by the liberal, socialist audience for a specific reason; she doesn’t believe in the US Constitution “White Man’s Law” and it is the best position and place for her to change it. The Supreme Court. These are some of her quotes:

“I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male.”

“For jurists who are women and nonwhite, our gender and national origins may and will make a difference in our judging.”

“Personal experiences affect the facts that judges choose to see,”

"I want to be perfectly clear about this next comment so that there is no mistaking my words to mean something other than what they plainly say: the time has come to end white male oppression by castrating every white male until they are no longer dominant in Western culture. That means forcible removal of their testicles. I realize the brutality of my comment, and I don’t know how to say it more clearly."

And our elected officials failed us by letting her be appointed to the highest court in the land. Now she has stated that calling a “criminal” a “criminal” is insulting. This is really about race and not if someone is a criminal, our “wise Latina woman” does not want her ethnic brothers and sisters who are breaking US law (along with all other races who do the same) by being illegally in our country being called what they are “CRIMINALS”. This is the entitlement states of America coming now to illegal alien criminals via the US Supreme Court. Judges are to interpret the law, not ignore it due to their race or gender; if that were true, we would have never had women or minorities being allowed to vote. What you need to realize is it is just as much President Obama’s, Harry Reid’s, Olympia Snow’s, Barbra Boxer’s, Lindsey Graham’s, and Dianne Feinstein’s fault for voting a racist, sexist judge (by her own omissions and quotes). They voted her into the US Supreme Court knowing this about her instead of protecting the US Constitution they are sworn to uphold; the only surprise here is John McCain didn’t vote for her.

To add fire to the flame, after people were confirmed as targeted by the IRS our “honest and respectable” president comes on the TV and says there wasn’t “one smidgen” of corruption at the IRS. Now President Obama and the Democrats are wanting to give amnesty and US citizenship to terrorist who helped kill American soldiers; doesn't something seem wrong here? Another thing, if you go to the Bureau of Labor Statistics and look at the total number of people who are unemployed, no longer looking for employment, and not in labor force and take the total number of people employed the actual rate is around 25%; I wonder who's fault that is since nothing is ever President Obama's fault. Russia and China has ramped up their military spending while this White House guts our military again to give more to those who refuse to work.

Here is something to look at; look at how many Congressional elected Democrats who have voted without following the will of their constituents with this president on  all his policies which are destroying the US, who are now trying to distance themselves from him because it is an election year. Don't forget, everyone of them voted for the Obamacare bill without looking at it or reading it; in hte military that would be called "Dereliction of Duty" and you would be removed; I think that is what we need to do here.

I wonder why we are having so much trouble in our country.
