The Republicans just won by a landslide in the elections due
to the citizens being tired of the liberal way and wanting something better for
their children and grandchildren then the burden that liberals, both Democratic
and Republican have put on them. The people are sick of this elitist right that
both the Democratic and Republican establishment keep shoving down their throats
and want the conservative values that made us so prosperous in the path so I
ask, are the Republicans really going to be that stupid?
Are they going to put two moderate liberals in the
leadership of Congress; keeping Speaker of the House John Boehner who has shown
no leadership to stop the liberal agenda and then turn around and make the new
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell who has taken just
as much pork spending as any liberal and bowed to every whim of President
Obama? Both of these men are the founded establishment which the American
People hate, maybe the new Senate Majority Leader and Speaker of the
House should be someone who would stand up for the USA Constitution and the
American people. The people would prefer someone like Trey Gowdy or Marsha Blackburn
instead of Mitch McConnell for Senate Majority Leader; they would prefer someone
like Ted Cruz or Rand Paul as Speaker of the House, not John Boehner another
moderate establishment person who the people don't want. What happened in 2006
when the Republicans had establishment people running the Congress, they were
all voted out two years later along with the President becoming the most
liberal Democrat to ever hold the office; the Republicans apparently haven't
learned from history. The people are giving you a second chance and just like
when you nominated two liberal establishment people to run for president, they
were soundly defeated but do you know why? Between 20%-25% of registered
Republicans who voted, didn't cast a vote for the position of president because
the Republican establishment by nominating two liberals, spit in their base's
face.
Suggestion Republican party, put someone in these positions
who reflect the majority of your base's beliefs, not the minority. Put someone
in these positions who has the fortitude to stand up for your base instead of submit
to the liberal base. If you don't, then it will be another long time before
your base will give you another chance because they will believe you have spit
in their face again. I predict that neither John Boehner or Mitch McConnell
will stand up for the Republican base but submit to the liberal Democratic base
which is not what the people want; If I am wrong, I'll be the first one to say
it, but it is as close to a sure thing as you can get. I wish we could turn
Congress to be Libertarian like I am, we would secure the border so our
citizens would be safe, remove the restricting regulations which is killing our
businesses, and make the government as small as we can so it would stay out of
your personal business. This is what the American people want but I don't think
you, the Republican party have heard them, you are just a shade better then the
Democratic party, you have sabotaged republicans running because they weren't
your "establishment picks" just like the Democrats do; what is the
difference other then some peripheral items? I hope I am wrong but the American
people will know if I am within the first couple of months after you are sworn
in. Will you stop the President from destroying our Nation using his unconstitutional
executive orders, or will you give in and pout like you have for the past six
years.
