A True American Patriot Is...

First, we know what an American is but what is a “Patriot”? A Patriot’s definition from the dictionary says:

1.       A person who loves, supports, and defends his or her country and its interests with devotion.

2.       A person who regards himself or herself as a defender, especially of individual rights, against presumed interference by the federal government.

The definitions from the dictionary are spot on but a True Patriot has many more traits then just the two listed. To me, an American Patriot has some distinguishing characteristics which is shown, not said because especially with politicians, Talk Comes Cheap! They are as follows:

3.       A True Patriot does not vote for a party (Democrat or Republican) but for the person who will follow the US Constitution, our founding fathers desires, and be of good character as required by the US Constitution. They will never try to overthrow the US Constitution, go against the US Constitution, or take freedoms from one to appease another. They will holds all elected officials accountable and when they derelict their duty like voting for a bill without reading it or directing other too (Nancy Pelosi), they will remove them from office, not vote them back in. They do not condone legislation from the judge’s bench and will move to remove all activist judges. By the US Constitution, judges are to interpret the law, not change or make law.

4.       A True Patriot does not try and infringe on someone else’s freedom to get a false feeling of security. The freedom of Religion, Voting, Speech, Press, Right to Bear Arms, Redress of Elected Officials, and from Illegal Search are the founding blocks that we must protect; any elected official who tries to infringe on these rights a True Patriot will remove from office. They will point out true injustice and stop it no matter who the perpetrator or victim, they will not call any event injustice just because of race, gender, religion, or ideology. They do not run up a deficit in their elected life, giving other countries leverage over America.

5.       A True Patriot protects the right of the Christian as well as the Atheist and removes no history to appease either side. A True Patriot DOES NOT try and remove all Christian references from all public places and likewise DOES NOT accost or belittle people who don’t believe in religion. They accept other’s religion as long as it will integrate into the Great American mixing bowl and make our society even more rich with culture; if they won’t integrate because of either religious or cultural differences and tries to make a sub society, they must go.

6.       A True Patriot serves their country and gives back more than what they have received from their country. All these entitlement free loaders (excludes elderly and non-able workers) are not patriots but leaches which bring down the noble attempts to help truly need and not lazy people. They want elections to be fair, scrutinized, and of the peoples desires. If you have to have an ID to get Cigarettes, Alcohol, Bank Account, Get into an NAACP/ACLU/Democrat/Republican/ or even to Test Drive a new car, you should have one to vote. Our right to vote is more important than any other right.

7.       A True Patriot believes in a small federal government which protects and secures our boarders to prevent ANYONE from illegally crossing. They do not support any federally elected official who supports the federal government not securing the boarder or taking congressional action to stop the state from securing their border or removing illegal aliens. They believe you do not cut from the military to give to free loaders, our military needs to be responsible and frugal but not reduced to the personnel level or equipment advancements that allows any other country to catch up to our advance technology which make our military the best on earth.

8.       A True Patriot will accept the position they have put themselves in and not blame others for their failures. They will strive to be the best that they can be even after they stumble because they know all of us make mistakes and get knocked down, but a patriot will get back up and not lay there waiting for a handout. A True Patriot DOES NOT believes in economic justice; you get what you earn. Stealing from someone who has earned it to give to someone how hasn’t is the most UN-American thing out there. Isn’t it ironic that in most every Federal Park it says “Don’t Feed the Animals, they will become dependent on humans.” Isn’t this what we have done within our own society and now the people on entitlements are dependent?

9.       A True Patriot always gives a good days work for a good days pay. If you accept a job at a certain pay it is conducive to your skill set, no one working fast food should get $15 or even $10 dollars an hour, there is no real skill needed, I know, I have done it, it is to be a stepping stone but if you don’t want to step, that is your fault and you can stay at minimum wage. They believe an environment is not a reason, it is an excuse. I grew up in what most would call a “very bad environment” but I was determined to make it out and I did, many of my friends didn’t; both were a choice. They always help others in need but not when they refuse to help themselves. If you refuse to work, neither should you eat. Before any Christians out there says something out of the heat of the moment, read 2 Thessalonians 3:10 before you say a word.

10.    A True Patriot would remove all the political garbage from our schools which has brought the US from being the best in the world in education to now 33 which using a school grading scale would be a 84 out of a hundred or a B- in one system and a C in the second; we can do better. A True Patriot if a reporter will report the truth from center and not left or right, they will report the whole truth and not a partial truth to meat a political agenda or to get ratings. They also NEVER put a political party ahead of what is best for the country.

Does this sound logical? Do you believe what I have just laid out? Do you have anything you would like to add? Being a Patriot isn’t about you, your power, or your prestige but it is about what is best for the country to make it the strongest, the best educated, and the richest in the world. We are generous with our riches and use them to help more countries in the time of disasters then all other countries, including the United Nations combined. We are the first in the world all look too for help and we are not suppose to be leading from behind but blazing the way. We do not need to be squandering our resources but using them in a responsible way but should be setting ourselves up to be the best mankind has to offer because we are the best. We can be the pheasant or the eagle, the choice is yours.

Lois Lerner and the IRS

I usually don’t write an article on individuals but this lady and Politico takes the cake. In an exclusive interview with Politico, Lois Lerner points out several problems in her life since leaving the IRS while it was sinking with her as the captain. She says she did nothing wrong but employers won’t hire her and she’s toxic, she’s proud of what she did at the IRS, and she has been painted as a powerful bureaucrat scheming with the Obama administration. Is she right and will the facts back up what she says or will they show a different Lois Lerner?

What do we know for a fact, first we know that she says, she nor anyone else erase any emails off the government computers. I have worked for the government for over 30 years and when it comes to IT technology and ability to back up and recover information from computers, there is no one better on earth. For these emails to be wiped from her computer, everyone’s computers she sent emails to, her black berry, the email server, the backup email server, the digital achieve server, and the printed hard copy achieves not to include all the information the NSA has collected without telling anyone would take the destruction of almost every facility and system connected to these systems and all personnel’s information in the entire IRS would be lost, not just Lois Lerner and the people who she sent these email to. What is the possibility of this happening; you would have a better chance peeing strait up in the air and hitting the moon, it is impossible.

Lois Lerner says she did nothing wrong. She claims, “My personal opinions have never affected my work” and never allowed politics effect her professional decisions but then admits to using the IRS to target conservative groups for political gain which is a felony. She is a liberal Democrat whose emails clearly denigrated conservative groups and shows her disdain for them. The problem I see is she is a far left liberal and I believe she believes she didn’t do anything wrong because far left liberals don’t believe the rules apply to them; for another example just look at the Commander and Chief. She is the person who proved what all already knew, that the IRS is too powerful and needs to be done away with and replaced with a flat tax type system with all records and rules completely open to the public’s review. She won’t apologize after targeting conservative groups for political reasons which shows her and the administrations arrogance and “we are better then you” attitude. She’s a savvy lawyer and refuses to answer any questions any question to Congress about the IRS scandal but does say “Regardless of whatever else happens, I know I did the best I could under the circumstances and am not sorry for anything I did.” She, as do many political minions from both sides of the isle think they are above the common folk and untouchable because of her political affiliations. If she was convicted of something you can guarantee the first order of business of the White House will be to patron her then she would get a book deal yet the white house has never pardoned the two border patrol agent who were just arresting a drug smuggler.

The Politico article plays her off as a victim and says she is “untouchable” because of the IRS scandal and no one will hire her. She says when she returned to her office on May 22, 2013, after invoking the Fifth Amendment in front of congress after giving a speech, she was directed to the human resources department and told to resign; she refused; they cleaned out her desk, escorted her from the building, and put her on indefinite administrative leave. I have a question; who are they? Was it President Obama or Eric Holder? But wait, her alumni magazine from Western New England University gave her “rock star status” in the tax world which points out our problem with our collages. “By taking the Fifth, Lois put a sign on her back: Kick me,” said Paul Streckfus, editor of the EO Tax Journal. “To the average person that sounds like ‘Oh my God, she must be hiding something!” She said she was never in contact with the president or the DOJ and this was all a witch hunt.

Of course she and this administration are hiding something; the promise of the “Most Transparent Administration in History” is the most secretive even wanting to sensor what questions the press can ask any administration official. The truth is she is not a victim but an elitist like all most all our Washington bureaucrats and with as much targeting as this administration has done using the IRS, EPA, BLM, FDA, and the Attorney General’s office, this is why our founding father wrote that all laws and such must go through the US Congress; none of these agencies by the US Constitution are allowed to make laws and impose fines but they do.  New emails shows Lois Lerner was in contact with the DOJ which now looks like President Obama is using the DOJ and IRS to target political opponents; sounds like Chicago politics to me. Lois Lerner also tries to plead the 5^th after reading a prepared statement, once you say anything other than, “I plead the 5^th” you can no longer plead the 5^th by law.

She says she was told to resign; she should have been fired! I work for the government and if I targeted any employees for being conservative or liberal I would be fired in an instant, it’s against federal law; why does she get away with it? Last she says she is “untouchable” because of the IRS scandal and no one will hire her. That just renewed my faith in people because I wouldn’t hire her if she was the last person on earth and this is why. She is a massive liability; she purposely shows prejudice toward specific groups and refuses to admit it when she isn’t just slightly wrong, but massively wrong. Then she covers up her illicit acts which could cost my (hypothetical) company millions in law suits. There are people ignorant enough to hire her somewhere but this is of her own making and like President Obama, she refuses to take credit when she does bad but I bet just like President Obama, she takes the credit when it is good.

Sharia Law-The Truth

 

Many people have heard the word “Sharia Law” but don't really know what it is all about or what the effects would be if it was partially or fully implemented in America. Currently there is a news report out that Dearborn Michigan city council has fully implemented Sharia Law which even though it’s against the constitution, isn’t hard to believe coming from Dearborn. Dearborn was already slammed by the federal court system for an incident where Muslims were stoning Christians at a public gathering and the cops arrested the Christians. The city and police from Dearborn are now charged with civil rights violations; why isn’t it in the national news? You need to ask yourself, “Is Sharia Law being used in Dearborn?” In Pennsylvania during an atheist march, a Muslim attacks and chokes a man dressed like Mohammad, a cop comes and sites the attacker, but in court the victim gets chewed out by liberal judge Mark W. Martin who throws the case out; didn't this judge just violate this atheists civil rights? An Oklahoma's law banning Sharia law was struck down by a democratically appointed activist judge; is this what the Democratic Party is all about, violating the will of the people? Currently only six other conservative states (Louisiana, Arizona, North Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Kansas) have been able to pass Sharia law-limiting legislation; why is this when Sharia violates the US Constitution? I don't know but a Florida appeals court judge just ruled Sharia Law can be used in court and Florida Democrats just voted to impose Sharia law on women; if you know what Sharia Law says about women you now can see who is waging a war against women. Just to make things worse, there is an actual Sharia Court in (surprisingly) Texas and pressure to create more Shariah courts in New Jersey, Minnesota, and California. According to these American Muslims who cheer Fort Hood shootings, Muhammad commands you as a Muslim to terrorize non-Muslims; hey all you liberals, I don’t think the Muslims want peace. The initiative by many liberal Democrats to implement Sharia Law is disturbing. Since most may not know what it means to be under Sharia Law, let’s take a look so we can see what the results are of Sharia Law on your personal freedoms.

•  Theft is punishable by amputation of the right hand.

  

•  Theft by a child is punishable by crushing the arm.

 

•  Criticizing or denying any part of the Quran is punishable by death.
•  Criticizing or denying Muhammad is a prophet is punishable by death.
•  Criticizing or denying Allah, the moon god of Islam is punishable by death.
•  A Muslim who becomes a non-Muslim is punishable by death.

•  Being Gay is automatic death.
•  A non-Muslim who leads a Muslim away from Islam is punishable by death.
•  A non-Muslim man who marries a Muslim woman is punishable by death.

 

 •  A man can marry an infant girl and consummate the marriage when she is 9 years old.

  

•  Girls' clitoris should be cut (per Muhammad's words in Book 41, Kitab Al-Adab, Hadith 5251).
•  A woman can have 1 husband, but a man can have up to 4 wives; Muhammad can have more.
•  A man can unilaterally divorce his wife but a woman needs her husband's consent to divorce.

•  A man can beat his wife for insubordination.

•  And if she is still insubordinate he can do worse like throw acid in her face.

•  Testimonies of four male witnesses are required to prove rape against a woman.
•  A woman who has been raped cannot testify in court against her rapist(s).

•  Muslim men can "Honor Kill" anyone who brings shame on Islam. These two were murdered in Texas by their father for being too westernized.

According to the Quran:

(3:54) - "And they (the disbelievers) schemed, and Allah schemed (against them): and Allah is the best of schemers." The Arabic word used here for scheme (or plot) is makara, which literally means deceit. If Allah is deceitful toward unbelievers, then there is little basis for denying that Muslims are allowed to do the same.

(4:89-90) - Any Muslim who leaves the faith must be killed (Honor Killing)

The results in America would be devastating and Sharia of any sort needs to be removed from our courts. U.S. Representative Maxine Waters from California says that the American Constitution and Sharia Law are compatible. She says there is growing support from the Democrats for this; she has been reelected for 20 years in California. What is wrong with you Californians? With Sharia Law, you would no longer have freedom and if gay, lesbian, transgender, or bisexual, you would be killed on the spot. It is the liberals once again screwing up our country; do you think Sharia would be good for us? Below are a couple of more links you really should look at. I seen these two post and they point out what we have wrong in America; basically both said the same thing, one "How to annoy a Conservative" and the other "How to annoy a Liberal." Each gave a list of 100 ways but the problem is the accuracy both had. On the liberal side they say, "Jesus healed the sick and helped the poor, for free", but they forget that it also said, "For even when we were with you, we used to give you this order: if anyone is not willing to work, then he is not to eat, either." They also said, “The Founding Fathers were liberals” which is the farthest from the truth with almost every one of them being preachers or deacons in their churches. On the conservative side they say, “I’ll give Obama as much respect as you gave Bush”, two wrongs don’t make a right, and "Reminding them that opposing nuclear energy in the 70s helped perpetuate our dependence on Middle Easter oil", which is true but Republicans with the Presidency and Congress didn't have enough balls to do what was needed to be done either. In short it is both the Democrats and Republicans fault for the situation we are in. These petty arguments will soon mean nothing if we do not start concentrating on keeping our country secure, safe, and ready to fight. I have said for years that we have a big problem with our border which will cost thousands their lives because it isn’t secured. If you check the amount of murders by illegals (all illegals, not just Latino) and the deaths by illegals drunk driving, we have surpassed the thousands of deaths I predicted tenfold. These illegals, most of whom are criminal illegals, not the “hard workers wanting a chance you hear about, are not hard core terrorist which we fear crossing our border; but many are, including ISIS/ISIL.

We have depending on who you listen to, up to 30 million people illegally inside our boarder. It only took 30,000 ISIS/ISIL to routed over 2 million Iraqis from their homes and cities; this is 1:67 ratios, or one ISIS/ISIL to 67 Iraqis. With 314 million people in the US and 30 million of those being illegals, this leaves you with a 1:10.5 or one illegal for every 10.5 US citizens; this is six times as many people which we know nothing about and I guarantee you, many of the illegals are Muslim extremist. I have already pointed out the 35 Jihadist Training Camps in the US as shown on the FBI web site; where did they come from? Now we have reports of ISIS/ISIL gathering at our southern border (which is wide open) and preparing to come across, just in the past month DHS has apprehended 13 Syrian and 6 Iraqi terrorist trying to cross our southern border and our current administration is doing nothing. Why do you think they are going to come across the border, to ask for asylum or start planning to kill Americans? Federal Agents are finding Anti-Israeli/Pro-Palestinian messages on the border fence; this is from another group who may not be ISIS/ISIL but supports Hamas terrorist. The Federal government with Eric Holder at the wheel (God help us) is planning to set up “Terrorist Recruitment Fight in the US”, really; shouldn’t we have already had that in place after 911? I ask, do you trust these liberals with your children’s and grand children’s lives?

So our politicians and their pundits care more about lying and trying to jab at their perceived political enemies while 24/7 campaigning instead of protecting the home land and doing what it right. President Obama gives a short speech about James Foley’s execution at the hands of ISIS/ISIL when they cut his head off and 7 minutes later is on a golf course; President Obama later said that didn’t look presidential; really. Did he spend any time with the family? No, but he had plenty of time to spend with the traitor Bergdahl who is said to be responsible for several soldier’s deaths in his unit after he deserted in Afghanistan. Did he have time to go to or send US representation to Margret Thatcher’s funeral, former Prime Minister of England or Major General Harold Greene’s funeral, the highest ranking officer killed in combat since Vietnam? No, but he did for Michael Brown, a thug caught on video robbing a store and bullying the owner? What type of signal does this send to our citizens and the world about our President’s priorities? Under him we have had our first ambassador killed in 33 years and our first general killed in 32 years. Our president’s along with every member of congress priorities should be on the safety and protection of our country and it real citizens, but all most all of them are failing us.

Until President Thomas Jefferson had to deal with our first encounter with a terrorist group, the Muslim Barbary Pirates, in what history shows as the Tripolitan War or the Barbary Coast War, we had no idea a religion could demand such violence and treachery. The First Amendment guarantees freedom of religion, not freedom from religion like many would like today, but when the Constitution was written; our founding fathers didn't know anything about most other religions, only the Christian and Jewish religions. They didn't realize how some religions or factions of religions could be so vicious, dangerous, and destructive. President Jefferson had a Quran translated and after reading it knew he needed to hit the Islamic terrorist, hit them hard, and he did. Violent Islam is currently the biggest threat to America, its citizens, its culture, and our way of life, but none of our politicians from either side want to address it. If they confront it, they will be labeled as a racist by the other political group who will be trying to win brownie points with the voters instead of protect our country. We already have Shariah Law being used in our courts today which needs to be band immediately, if we don’t we will start having the same Muslim problems as Britain and France which in some areas are already rearing its ugly head. In America, do you remember the Christians getting stoned in Dearborn Michigan? Do you remember the Lady being beheaded in a TV station for wanting a divorce? Do you remember the two young teen girls being shot to death by their dad for being to "Americanized"? And now we have a man in Rochester New York, Mufid Elfgeeh, who is accused of recruiting money and people for ISIS.ISIL. In Dearborn Michigan, the FBI just apprehended 22-year-old Mohammad Hassan Hamdan who was headed to Syria to wage Jihad.

The National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) listed the five US cities with the most known or suspected terrorists (KST): New York, New York; Dearborn, Michigan; Houston, Texas; San Diego, California, and Chicago, Illinois which are all ran by liberals. Did you notice the “most known terrorist”, you need to ask yourself, “If they are known terrorist, why are they allowed to wonder freely in the US?” The reason is the liberal leaning, politically correct people into office in these places; they care more about their power and money then our country and its citizen’s safety. Remember, if you keep voting all these liberal leaning, politically correct people into office, the next trail of beheaded women and children may be in your own back yard and in the US. Do you really believe our country is safe?

Has Our Government, School Leaders and Students Gone Nuts?

Our schools as I have said before has gone off the deep end in many cases and when compared with the world, we have went from always being within the top five in education to 33 in reading and an average of 27 over all. We have a major problem with the public school system and some very educated simpletons think if you throw more money at it, it will fix itself; they are wrong. Not only many in the school system but even our politicians think we need to through more money at education to help but it won’t help, this is not addressing the problem but putting a Band-Aid on the symptom. The problem started in the mid 1960s when we strayed from teaching our kids the skills they needed to make it in the work place, reading, writing, and arithmetic, to indoctrinating them into liberal philosophies. We need to get back to teaching our kids and showing them how they can stand on their own two feet instead of training them to take handouts. We have thrown money at it for years and yet our numbers remain on a downward slide, of the top 10 countries who spend the most on education in the world, none are even ranked in the top 5 best educated with only three being within the top 10 best educated so let’s get away from the schools need more money.

Money and spending on education is not the problem, we have four major problems in our schools today, indoctrinating instead of educating our kids, lack of discipline in the schools, schools not protecting our kids, and out of control political correctness.

Indoctrinating instead of educating is ramped in our schools with a strong liberal bias, these school leaders and teachers have no problem enforcing liberal, UN-Constitutional policies like when Kendra Turner, a Tennessee high school student was suspended for saying 'bless you' to a classmate who sneezed; how ridicules is this? This is indoctrinating by bullying. When you have five students being suspended or sent home for wearing an American flag to school on Cinco de Mayo, but allowing others to wear a foreign nations flag to school; you are again indoctrinating students by bullying them. The liberal bias really shines through when in the New York school system, a student is suspends for wearing a Rosary. If you want to see the epitome of the liberal bias, you can look at the DC school system where a homework assignment given to its six grade class was to show how President George W. Bush was like Adolf Hitler; are you kidding me? Do you want the right to go compare President Obama to Osama Bin Laden? This whole political indoctrination instead of educating our kids needs to be removed from our school along with the people supporting it.

Lack of discipline is another major problem in the school systems, when you have good teachers, many of them will take a lesser paying job with a private school because they will have a optimal learning environment; they will have discipline instead of the chaos we see in many of our public schools due to lack of discipline. When I first seen this story, I was upset with the Houston Texas school system, that was until I read the story and found the girl and her parents are at fault here, not the school. There are rules in the schools for a reason, this girl knew the rules but refused to follow them by her own admission, using her phone in reading class and sent into the hallway, you have to turn your phone in when caught. The assistant principle asked her for her phone and she refused stating, “I just didn't want to give up my phone.” The police told her to hang up the phone and again she refused, they then forcibly took it and now the girl and her family are demanding an apology. I am demanding an apology too, this girl and her family need to apologies for not teaching her to respect the rules and authorities appointed over her; they need to apologize for even letting her bring a phone to school if she can’t follow the rules. How much learning would take place if everyone was allowed to talk on their phones in school any time they wanted? I personally think that phones should be left in your lockers and turned off during class hours unless there is extenuating circumstances because currently all they do is take away from learning.

Would you believe our schools leaders, school unions, and liberal judges won't protect our kids? The schools sometimes have a ruff job and are harassed by a parent that is unless you are a part of a teachers union then you can get away with rape, literally. You had five teachers, Debra Lafave, Adrianne Hockett, Gabriela Compton, Nikki Scherwitz, and Charles Oross who all literally got away with raping students; they all should have severed many years in jail and this isn't including Erin Kathleen Queen who was caught in the act with a student in a motel and never went to jail. The other problem is activist liberal judges like District Judge G. Todd Baugh who sentenced Stacey Dean Rambold to 15 years in prison for forcibly rape a 14 year old with all but 31 days suspended. The schools are not protecting our kids, when you have the NEA, the largest teacher’s union president saying “we don’t care about the kids, just money and power” all I can say is, at lease he admitted it and I take him at his word.  When you have teachers unions like the Michigan Education Association suing the state to get Neal Erickson severance pay who was convicted of raping a boy, something is wrong. Whenever a teacher becomes more worried about making more money than teaching their students, they no longer should be a teacher.

Political correctness encompasses all the above and more. When our school system management doesn't have the common since to distinguish between medicine and cap stick we have a problem. An 11 year old student was told they couldn't use chap stick because it was an over the counter drug; are you kidding me? In Ohio a 6-year-old boy suspended for pointing finger like a gun, in Florida an 8-year-old boy suspended from Florida school for using fingers as gun during game of cops and robbers, and in Pennsylvania a 10-year-old was suspended and threatened with expulsion for shooting an imaginary arrow, but a Muslim kid comes to school and gives classmates toy guns during a Islamic Holiday and there is no problem; this a massive double standard caused by political correctness and hypocrisy. In New Hampshire you had a teacher playing the "kissing game" with his students; “There was significant nudity and sexual content to the point that it would be considered soft-core pornography,” said the parent. “And it had no place in a classroom with 14-year-old children.” and the school leadership seen nothing wrong with it. Now you have over 1500 sick kids with a mysterious repertory disease, 15% ending up in the ICU, and the only thing possibly linking them is the illegals children with health problems that the liberals left integrated into our schools without a medical clearance which I wrote about in "The Illegal Children and the Danger to America " back in July.

When are we going to end these liberal policies which are making our children under achievers, allowing our children to be violent is schools, enabling unions to control policies who don't care about our kids just money and power , and putting our children into physical danger; do we have to have a pandemic killing our children before we wake up to what are endangering our kids and bringing us down? How many more children must be raped by their teachers before we see the light through the darkness of our liberal education system? Do we have to be 185 out of 195 countries in the world before we will wake up? We need to start pushing back for what is right for our children and grandchildren and it starts with you.
